Only Vietnamese-speaking TV program are on the TV. If you do not subscribe to any OTT you would be very boring in the room.
I had a memorable stay at the hotel; the staff were friendly and enthusiastic—special thanks to Will and Shella. The room was clean and offered a beautiful city view, and the location was convenient for accessing dining and entertainment spots.
The hotel is new and I enjoyed my stay. Staffs were really friendly and they always make effort to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I would like to compliment one of the staff during breakfast (I think her name is Dao) - I briefly told her that I’m staying for 5 days and she actually remembered during our conversation on the last day! It definitely made my day.
The shower drainage is outside of the shower area so there will be water puddle when you shower as it takes a while to drain

Nous souhaitons introduire une réclamation concernant notre séjour de trois nuits dans le dernier hôtel de notre voyage au Vietnam, réservé via Booking.com.
Il s'agissait de notre sixième hôtel réservé par l'intermédiaire de votre plateforme au cours de ce voyage. Nous avons été globalement satisfaits des autres établissements, ce qui nous permet de comparer objectivement le niveau de prestation proposé. Or, l'expérience vécue dans cet établissement a été particulièrement décevante et, selon nous, très largement en dessous du niveau attendu pour un hôtel présenté comme un établissement quatre étoiles.
Les problèmes rencontrés ont été multiples et ont fortement dégradé notre séjour :
1. Odeurs nauséabondes et configuration problématique de la salle de bain
Une odeur nauséabonde persistante était présente dans la salle de bain pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. La configuration des évacuations nous a également semblé particulièrement problématique : deux évacuations étaient présentes dans la salle de bain, dont une située à l'extérieur de la douche, vers laquelle de l'eau s'écoulait régulièrement.
Cette situation rendait le sol humide et particulièrement inconfortable, voire potentiellement dangereuse, lorsqu'il fallait sortir de la douche ou circuler dans la salle de bain.
2. Nuisances sonores extrêmement importantes et absence de sommeil pendant les trois nuits
Le problème le plus grave concerne les nuisances sonores, qui nous ont empêchés de dormir correctement pendant l'intégralité de notre séjour.
Le bruit provenant de la rue était permanent. Les fenêtres étaient manifestement très peu isolantes et ne permettaient pas une isolation acoustique suffisante. La rue était fréquentée le soir et des personnes se réunissaient également régulièrement au pied de l'hôtel.
Property was extremely clean and new. Staff was so attentive and each and every one went out of their way to assist. Tracy, Will and all the others stood out as exemplary and the hospitality industry needs more like them.If you are looking for a great, clean hotel in HCM within a certain price range look no futher. They do not have a huge property or a swimming pool but if you are visiting for sightseeing or shopping its not needed. I will recommend this property without hesitation.

Very good location. The staff was super attentive and helped with everything. All of the staff was very young and motivated :) They also gave me a bigger room with a window after my first night. The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. I slept very good. The breakfast had a big variety, also some western products. There was a small tee time buffet in the lobby.
Overall, I felt very safe in that hotel with the staff having always an eye on the guests.
I had a great stay at Nik Hotel for 4 nights w/ my sister. The location is very convenient and made it easy to get around. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.
A special thank you to the young staff member with glasses and braces—I forgot to ask his name. He was incredibly kind and helpful. He recommended some amazing local food spots and even took great care of my visitors, which I really appreciated. His excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Nik Hotel!
At the night time, we heard the voices of karaoke… it was the only down side.
