Physical beauty the location is great The restaurant was great
The store and boat rental are a joke. There are teenagers running the store totally unorganized. we were put off the first day from renting a boat saying that the boats were t ready? really? 6/24 not ready ? Then the next day the store staff made the process of renting brutal. They were trying to call the rental area on walkie talkies, with no one answering. then telling us we couldn’t have one. So i had to go down and talk to the rental guy myself. No Wifi for guests but all the employees are sitting on their phones? This could be such a great place for a summer vacation. Lack of work ethic and zero customer service. The city not saving grace was the restaurant.
