Lenzuola sporche, nonostante avessimo chiesto di cambiarle, la situazione poco è cambiata perché era sporche lo stesso, bagno con alcuni problemini tra cui scarico del wc manuale, acqua calda quasi inesistente, sufficiente a stento per una doccia.

Αρχικά, ο ιδιοκτήτης έκλεισε λόγω δικού του λάθους το δωμάτιό μου σε κάποιον άλλον πελάτη, ενώ υπήρχε επιβεβαιωμένη κράτηση στην Booking. Επειδή όμως κατέχει κι άλλο ξενοδοχείο, με πήγε σε δωμάτιο αλλού ξενοδοχείου. Το δωμάτιο παρότι ευρύχωρο, δεν είχε καθόλου εξωτερική ηχομόνωση και είναι ένα στενό πάνω από τον κεντρικό δρόμο Tarlabasi. Το κλιματιστικό δεν λειτουργούσε, ενώ δεν είχε φροντίσει να βάλει χάρτη υγείας στις τουαλέτες. Το πρωινό που λέει ότι παρέχει ήταν απαράδεκτο. Σε ένα πιάτο είχε κομμένη μια ντομάτα, ένα αγγούρι, λίγες φέτες ψωμί, μαρμελάδα και ένα αυγό βραστό τυλιγμένα με σελοφάν. Τέλος, ενώ το check-in παρότι έγραφε από τις 12:00, μπήκα στο δωμάτιο στις 13:00, διότι είπε ότι δεν προλαβαίνει να καθαρίσει τα δωμάτια και πως γράφει λάθος ώρα check-in η Booking.

We booked and payed online for 31st December, took the taxi from the airport after 12 hours of flight from Kuala Lumpur and when we got there around 19.00 the reception told us, we don't have rooms, and meanwhile someone else there was paying in cash 3x more from the price that i paid online, clearly he sold my room for a higher price but not through booking as through the app they accept reservation only by pre payment and let me struggle to find a last minute accommodation on the new year eve that every hotel was already sold out and increased the prices in the last hours of the important day making us to not enjoy the night but to still be searching for a hotel to spend the night, we had to get another taxi to a very far hotel from the center making us to increase our expenses for their ambition to get more money from the guests!
I told to the reception how i can trust that you will return my payment when you didn't kept my room in the first place and he promised that he will wave the fee of the cancelation so my money will return but after some days of waiting and him telling me that booking.com is not responding, your iban is not valid, and i will send through western union and in the end he left my messages seen, clearly they are not to trust and don't make the mistake to pay them online as you don't know if you will get what you paid for.
I'm afraid that similar situations might happen to others!

I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. When we arrived, the stairway to the rooms was so narrow that carrying our luggage up felt unsafe, and one of the handrails was broken and hanging loose. When we opened our room door, we were immediately hit with a strong smell of mold. There was visible black mold in multiple corners of the room. The air conditioner didn't work, so we couldn't ventilate properly, and it was too cold to keep the windows open.
The photos on Booking.com make this place look beautiful and breathtaking, but in reality it was extremely disappointing. It absolutely does NOT look this good in person, and the hotel is located on a very dodgy, uncomfortable street.
When we asked to be moved to a mold-free room, the host was extremely rude and dismissive, telling us that other guests didn't complain and that we should be "grateful" for the big room. He didn’t even offer to try and clean or remove the mold. The bedding was dirty - we found lots of stains and hair in the bed — and underneath the bed looked like it had NEVER been cleaned. There was no hairdryer, the rooms were not cleaned while we were out during the day, and the bathroom door couldn't even open fully because the toilet was in the way.
The room was freezing cold and there were no extra blankets available.
This has honestly been the worst place I've ever stayed. By the third day, I became very sick from the mold and struggled to breathe properly. I am still sick and struggling with my chest, and it has been 5 days later. Terrible accommodation and terrible service. Don't waste your money here.
