From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out. They are exceptionally professional, proactive, and genuinely caring. The reception team deserves special praise. They are warm, attentive, and always ready to help, not just doing their job noting details, but actually caring about guest comfort. That kind of hospitality leaves a lasting impression. They speak good English too which is a major advantage in Baku.

The rooms are impressively spacious, which is rare and very welcome. The design is thoughtful and practical, with well-planned layouts and facilities that make the stay comfortable rather than cramped. Everything feels intentional, from lighting to storage to usability. It’s clear that guest comfort was a priority when the rooms were designed.

Daily housekeeping was excellent. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and all amenities were replenished consistently without needing to ask. This level of attention shows strong management and well-trained staff.

Location is another strong advantage. The hotel says it’s well positioned, and it truly is. Shops, cafes, pharmacies, and everyday facilities are all nearby, making daily movement easy. Major attractions in Baku are around a 15-minute drive, which strikes a perfect balance between accessibility and calm.

Speaking of calm, the area itself is peaceful and decent. No noise, no chaos, just a comfortable environment to relax after a full day out. During December’s chilly weather, the heating in the room was excellent, and hot water was always available. Both worked flawlessly, which is not something every hotel in winter can guarantee.

Overall, Royal Inn Hotel delivers far beyond expectations highlighting space, comfort, cleanliness, location, and most importantly, people. If you value a peaceful stay with high-quality service and genuinely caring staff, this hotel is an excellent choice in Baku. I would happily stay here again.

Everything is perfect

Very good staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was also good compared to prices and you could eat how much you can. The reception staff also welcomed me at 4 AM and put a discount for me because I arrived very early and the night wasn't included in my original reservation. So I would recommend it to stay for a good price

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Royal Inn Hotel : l’accueil y est chaleureux, le personnel attentionné et professionnel, les chambres sont confortables et impeccablement propres, et l’ambiance générale rend l’expérience vraiment agréable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel, qui a été impeccable du début à la fin. L’accueil était d’une grande gentillesse et le personnel a fait preuve d’un professionnalisme remarquable tout au long de mon passage. La chambre, à la fois élégante et parfaitement propre, offrait un confort idéal pour se détendre.

Le service a été irréprochable : chaque membre de l’équipe était attentif, souriant et réellement soucieux du bien-être des clients. Le petit-déjeuner, varié et savoureux, a ajouté une belle touche à mon expérience.
