La privacidad del hotel y las habitaciones son extraordinarias. Las condiciones del hotel son ideales para no ser molestado durante la estadía y gozar de tranquilidad.
El hotel no tiene amenidades ni restaurante. La cafetería es muy limitada y no tienen elevador, por lo que hay que cargar el equipaje a la habitación.
Beautiful hotel architecture and very comfy beds
Our room door was left wide open by staff twice, which is a very serious safety and security concern. After reporting this, no one spoke to me in person about the issue and I had to ask to speak to the manager, Giselle. She was very polite and said all the right things but there was little-to-no follow-through. I had to seek her out a few times for a resolution. She eventually agreed to refund a night's stay but it's been 4 days since I've checked out and I am yet to hear from her. I've emailed her and chased the team multiple times, but she sadly hasn't responded.
Outside of the security issue, there were lots of things that made the hotel not worth the price tag: builders overlooking our private terrace and plunge pool meant that we couldn't use it, there was construction dust in our private pool, the balcony door was left open by cleaning staff (letting insects in), blocked sink, coffee not refilled and utensils not cleaned. Some of these are relatively small things but shouldn't be happening given the cost to stay there

This hotel is beautiful. The room was very clean and nice. It had a small jacuzzi. It was perfectly decorated and had a small balcony with sea views. The location is perfect and it has direct access to the beach. The amenities of the hotel are great, swimming pool, small bar area, etc

Hotel was beautiful, clean and well located, right on the beach. The room was lovely and was perfect for my husband, daughter and I. The lounge chairs were always available, whether at the pool or at the beach. One of the hightlights of our stay was Adrian, the bartender at the beach bar. He was amazing and was truly instrumental in making our stay an experience. So kind and thoughtful. I've worked in the hotel industry so I'm very critical of the experience provided by staff. Adrian was a great host and the hotel (and its guests) are lucky to have him.
The only caveat would be the construction taking place next door to the hotel which woke us up in the morning some times.

Gorgeous property, stunning facilities and overall just a really beautiful place to spend time. Even though it’s near the busier part of La Punta, it’s so serene and quiet. The beach and pool access are amazing. Also have to shout out Adrian (the beach bartender) he took such amazing care of us and really made it the most special week. He’s so talented and cares so much!

Amazing boutique hotel. Brand new ! Nice architecture mixed with mexican pottery and details. Very private and comfortable. Feels like home. Staff very gentle. Location was super! Over the beach and Walking distance from all shops and restaurants.
