立地は夜市、市場、地下鉄全てがホテルの前で利便性は最高
高層階だったので眺望が良かった
部屋にテーブル、アメニティーがなかった
鏡が洗面所にしかなく、姿見があれば良かった
チェックインもホテルの方にスムーズにしていただきました。部屋も綺麗で快適でした。
The room was small but ok. The area was much better than expected, we can say that all we would like to experience in the city was really close to the hotel.
The bathroom was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable.
There are shop everywhere closeby to get what you need.
I do not understand why we need to get to the reception to get shower towels.
Actually i understand it has nothing to do with the hotel, but most annoying thing was that you cannot use the balcony for sm*king.

選擇3人房，更換毛巾一直都少一份,其他部分都還不錯
房間所有設施都超級乾淨、方便
我們訂的房間是樓中樓的設計，剛好有地方可以放行李！
而且還有洗衣機跟烘衣機，就不用帶一堆衣服替換，剛好省下行李空間放戰利品，哈哈
只是入口第一次去有點難找，也跟其他家同一個位子，要小心不要搞錯了！
一樓晚上看起來有點恐怖哈哈，但整體都非常棒的！
The location is excellent, next to BIFF, Bupyeong market & Jagalchi fish market & 3 min walk to Jagalchi subway station
Staffs are polite.
This is a building which consist of 3 hotels but personally feel it is more like a air BnB.
1. Superior twin room is small which can only fit in 2 single bed & a small table & chair.
2. Entrance walkway to the bedroom included a kitchen cabinet with washer & dryer. There is a small step on the way to the bedroom is not noticeable & suggest label should be place to avoid falling.
3. No housekeeping services for a 2 nights stay & only offer 1 time housekeeping service for at least 3 nights stay.
4. There is a small room to keep the luggage which again they install sensor light. It will automatically off even if you are still in the room & I feel this small room is a waste as it take up a lot space.
5. Advised by the front office toilet paper should not throw inside the toilet bowl to avoid choke due to poor drainage system in the building.
6. Additional door latch should be installed inside the room as I don't feel safe using a automated door lock.
Great location so close to Jalgachi subway, shopping, fish markets, BIFF square which is right there. Hotel is fairly new so everything is in excellent condition. Great washing machine and dryer, full size fridge, cook top. Fresh towels every day. Enjoyed 180 degree fabulous views over Busan from our corner balcony. Reception stored our luggage before the 3 pm check-in. Easy check in process with polite reception staff who spoke some English. The Magnum group shares the building with 2 other hotel companies, all with very nice reception areas. A little confusing initially but no problem, really. Our room had a small spare unfurnished 2nd room which we used for luggage, wardrobe, getting dressed etc.
No kitchen equipment, no utensils at all. Only 2 mugs and 2 glasses in bathroom and a kettle.
Kitchen therefore had virtually no use for us. No microwave for heating food nor iron available. Would have greatly benefited by being able to use the kitchen.
We stayed 4 nights but room not serviced other than fresh towels and toilet paper delivered to door daily. Mainly fine with us, but we did accumulate trash over that time.

No USB power outlet or standard foreign power outlet. Only South Korea power outlet. You need to have the international travel adapter.
新しくて綺麗でした。デュプレクススイートの海の見えるお部屋で、大きな橋が見えました。ロフトが秘密基地みたいで子供たちは喜んでいました(ロフトのお布団は薄くて体が痛かったそうです)
ベッドはふかふかでした。洗濯機は2台ありました。ハンガーにかけて、ロフトから吊るせばエアコンの風ですぐに乾きます。
レセプションには日本語や英語の話せる方がいて言葉の不便はありませんでした。
このホテルのいちばん良いところはその立地にあります。ホテルの前はBIFFギルで、たくさんの屋台が並び、みんなが大好きなオリヤンやシアーホットクも横断歩道を渡ってすぐのところにあります。ファッションストリートも近くて毎日毎日歩き回ってショッピングやいろいろな食事も楽しみました。ダイソーも近いので便利です。
チャガルチ市場も近いです。
宿泊前に予約サイトを通して何度か質問をしましたが、返信がなく不安になりました。ですが実際に宿泊しラインでレセプションと連絡を取る際はとても迅速に返信をいただけました。
