Staff are described as 'amazing', 'friendly', 'patient', and 'professional' several times; guests praised helpfulness with amenities and local recommendations.
Location

8.5
Generally good quality but several guests noted the price felt high and were unhappy about the $75 incidental hold for pets/charges, lowering perceived value for some travelers.

New, clean, comfortable, and spacious, pet friendly.
Pros:

New establishment, nice and clean and modern. Room was very comfortable, esthetically pleasing and pet friendly. My husband and I with our two dogs stayed here as we transitioned through our last military move. We have stayed at a lot of hotels over 25 years, peob over 100. We have nothing but nice things to say about thia one ans would stay again. Convenient to food, restaurants, outlet shopping and highways.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok! Lots of products were on the cheap level…. Jelly in squirt bottles, only 1 kind of tea, powdered eggs, etc

Cons:

I didn’t like that you charged me 75.00 in case I added something to my bill. Not a classy thing to do!

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. We were traveling to a family beach home in eastern NC and this was a great stopover along our route on the coastal route. Clean, very attractive and pleasant staff.

Excellent staff, convenient location for work or leisure travel.
Pros:

Loved the staff! I had problems figuring out how to use the cooktop but the staff was patient and professional in showing me what to do. I've stayed in Staybridge hotels in the past, it was great being in a new facility. I also enjoyed the evening social event on Monday. Wonderful idea!

Cons:

As I single woman, I did not care for staying on the first floor so close to the exit door. Also that seemed to be the area for guests traveling with their dogs. The barking in the morning was annoying, I'll have to remember to express my preferences the next time I make a reservation.
