Pros:

Fantastic experience. Lovely large room with kitchenette. Lovely facility, friendly staff.
Unexpected happy hour in evening (Mon-Wed.) It was generous enough to be our dinner that night. It was a Mexican buffet. It was terrific due to the severe storm that day. Breakfast was very good with frittata, 2 types of sausages, nice biscuits. Bananas were fresh.
Location is right outside the mall with other restaurants nearby. Walking distance to all the shops. We didn't go there for the shopping but it was a nice added bonus. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The floor on the top floor made noise as if an old house. It was odd especially for a new hotel but not a deterrent for a future stay.
