Very good value for money and excellent location for transport
Pros:

The hotel was very close to train station and airport bus station.
The staff was very polite and helpful with everything we needed.
The bed was very confortable. The bed sheets and towels were changed very often.
Breakfast was very diverse and good quality products.

A fantastic find in Naples
Pros:

This is a fantastic find. Excellent location all very modern and spotlessly clean. All staff are exceptionally kind and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is great with a wide range of food. 5 star service and although rated as a 3 star hotel I have stayed in many with 4 or 5 stars that could not match up to this hotel and its staff. We had a wonderful stay and the hotel is very well located near central station and the metro.

Cons:

Nothing everything was excellent.

Genuine and helpful staff, clean rooms, but taxis needed for safety
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind. All reception staff went above and beyond, always greeting us warmly. The breakfast staff was genuinely helpful and considerate. The rooms are very clean, modern, and very well equipped. The toiletries were outstanding.

Cons:

The location is not great. Although it is close to the central station, unfortunately this area has been overtaken by rough-looking people and it does not feel safe walking around.

Hotel excelente.
Pros:

A receptividade das funcionárias e funcionários foi excelente. Muito simpáticas e educadas. O pessoal que servia o café da manhã muito educados.
