Perfect
Pros:

Sehr sehr sehr freundliches Personal bei Empfang sowie beim Frühstück. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr gute Lage, 5 min zu Fuß zu Napoli Centrale. Das Hotel ist sehr sehr schön. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles bestens. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Great value city centre hotel !
Pros:

Great small recently renovated hotel near the station … very clean .. very friendly helpful staff …
Excellent buffet breakfast covering all options !
Although the station area looks bit dodgy there are plenty police around ..
this location is excellent for station , tour pick up point to Pompei etc
Couple of nice restaurants within 2 mins of the hotel .. ask staff which ones !
If looking for good value small hotel this is the one !!

A little gem in a good location
Pros:

Excellent staff, very clean and well appointed rooms. Good breakfast with lots of options.

Good location for train station; a number of good options for restaurants close by.

Cons:

The area surrounding the hotel was a little 'scruffy', but not untypical for Naples generally.

Having said that, we didn't feel threatened or vulnerable moving about the locality.

We would absolutely stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and kind and super nice.
The security was never in doubt we were safe

Buen hotel precio-calidad ... remodelado y buena atencion
Pros:

Bien ubicado para la estación de trenes, está recién remodelado y eso hace que todo esté en muy buenas condiciones

Cons:

Es un laberinto, donde al parecer comparten espacios con oficinas entonces uno debe estar pasando de un piso a otro, cambiando se de ascensores... es como un hotel entre medio de pisos que se comparten. Eso no gusta mucho

Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno y el hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de metro y de tren, ideal para ir a Pompeya.

Cons:

Los alrededores del hotel no son muy bonitos, pero el interior y los servicios merecen la pena.

The best price/worth in Naples
Pros:

The location was great, close to the city centre and train station. Clean, amazing, all new, beautiful and amazing people like Marco, Savio and Valeria working at the front desk, Eric (waiter in breakfast and all in one) and Francesco (the owner)

I would never doubt to choose this hotel if I go to Naples again.

Also breakfast was the best out of 10 hotels I have been in the last 1 month.

Pros:

Hotel nuevo, muy limpio. Personal muy servicial y atento. Buena calidad de desayuno. Nos tuvimos que marchar el último día a las 5am y tuvieron el detalle de prepararnos un pequeño picnic.

Cons:

Lo único a reseñar es que no tiene acceso directo a las habitaciones, hay que hacer un “transbordo” de ascensor.

Pros:

Perfect location, close to the city centre, the central railway station and main metro station.
Clean and cozy rooms, a delicious breakfast is included. Very polite and customers oriented staff.
We are really impressed from the smiled, curly girl and the elegant man from the reception.:) They gave us useful recommendations for the city and made our stay even more enjoyable!
