Très belle surprise
Pros:

Très bon accueil (Valeria très gentille), très bel établissement rénové avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable !

Cons:

Dommage qu'il soit situé dans un quartier qui ne donne pas envie de s'attarder- rien à reprocher sur l'hôtel !!!!

Le personnel était très gentil, ils nous ont aidé avec tous nos bagages et nous ont réservé un transport privé vers l’aéroport pour le lendemain matin à un prix plus avantageux que l’autobus à partir de la gare. Ils ont aussi ouvert le buffet déjeuner plus tôt le matin de notre départ pour nous permettre de manger avant de quitter pour l’aéroport. L’hôtel est très propre et beau.

Heerlijk hotel met super ontbijt
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, heerlijke bedden, fantastisch ontbijt en het personeel allemaal even attent, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Pompeii zeer goed te bereiken doordat hotel bij treinstation ligt (op loopafstand)

Cons:

Accommodatie fijn dichtbij trein en metrostation maar daardoor niet in het mooiste deel van Napels

Idea oasis in Naples near the train station
Pros:

Sarvo was super helpful and friendly. The hotel is new and everything worked perfectly (a rarity in Europe). The location is right by the train and bus station so super easy to get to and from.

Pros:

1. Labai švarus viešbutis, įrengtas naujai, puikiai veikiantis kondicionierius, kambarys ir vonios kambarys labai dideli, yra visi dušo reikmenys, malonus aptarnaujantis personalas, personalo paslaugumas viršijo lūkesčius, nemokamai padarė skanios kavos prieš išvykimą ir iškvietė taksi į oro uostą už labai gerą kainą; 2. Labai skanūs pusryčiai, geriausi, kuriuos per kelionę teko valgyti Neapolio ir Amalfio pakrantės viešbučiuose; 3. Naktį buvo ramu, o langai labai sandarūs, nepraleido jokio garso; 4. Pagalvės ir lovos nei per kietos, nei per minkštos; 5. Vieta buvo šalia Centrinės stoties, kas mums buvo privaliumas, visa šeima vėlai vakare grįžome namo iš centro pėsčiomis - jokio diskomforto nepatyrėme, tik vienoje vietoje buvo keletas benamių, bet jie buvo taikūs.

Nebuvo nieko, kas nepatiktų.

Lovely stay for all the modern conveniences at a good price
Pros:

The location was pretty unbeatable as we were right next to the Naples central station and various bus/metro lines. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the modern amenities (including really nice air conditioning). Breakfast was delicious and we were impressed by the variety! The staff were very helpful and even offered to help us with our bags when the elevator was under maintenance.
