Pros:

部屋をグレードアップしてくれて、広い素敵な部屋でした。食事が五島列島の食材を使い、海を見ながら、食事できました。

Cons:

無し。他の方の口コミで、周りに食事の場所が少ないと聞いていましたので、カップ麺持参しました。港近くの食事処が、行ったら定休日。港に食堂も無し。親切な売店のおじさんがお湯を沸かしてくれて、待合室でカップ麺食べました。まさかの口コミが参考になりました。

房間玻璃沒有乾淨、可以感受到人手不足。性價比不夠，唯一餐廳好吃也親切，以上。

餐廳的晚餐非常美味，餐廳人員也很親切。

Cons:

總共訂了5個房間，抵達上五島時同行的人在船上因為低血糖昏迷緊急送醫，有一個房間一泊二食必須要取消。第一時間電話告知飯店卻被要求因為已經付款了又是當日取消所以無法退費，覺得不近人情。還說「如果是船不開可以退費」很難想像這間飯店的處理方式～船的航運竟然比人命還重要。就算只是退一點點也覺得對方有重視，覺得運營模式很有問題。
