Un bel soggiorno trascorso a Trieste!
Pros:

Ambiente molto accogliente e nuovo con tutti i comfort utili (frigorifero, cucina attrezzata, macchina del caffè, lavatrice) per qualche giorno di vacanza o lavoro. La struttura si trova a pochi passi da Piazza Unità d'Italia quindi, davvero comoda. La stanza è ben strutturata, pulita e il personale di accoglienza è davvero cortese e presente per qualsiasi necessità. La consiglio vivamente per chi deve trascorrere un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole a Trieste.

Cons:

L'unica pecca è la mancanza di un ascensore. Le stanze sono al secondo piano con tre rampe di scale. Personalmente non mi ha infastidito ma potrebbe essere un impedimento per chi ha problemi a camminare o arriva con bagagli ingombranti.

Bellissima struttura in posizione strategica
Pros:

Bellissima suite di dimensioni ampie e con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno in posizione strategica. Design contemporaneo e pulizia. Check in automatico con codice e reception disponibile a pochi metri.

Cons:

Se qualcuno ha problemi di mobilità ci sono due piani di scale da fare e non è chiaro se non dopo la prenotazione.

Pros:

Well situated, clean, staff was helpful and nice.

Cons:

It’s noisy, from outside and from the neighboring rooms(it’s like an apartment that has been separated into more rooms, each of them with its own bathroom).
Also warm in the room and even though there’s air conditioning, it’s an old machine and also very noisy.
Internet slow, sometimes it breaks down. So not ideal for a longer stay or if you’re planning on working online.
The building doesn’t have an elevator, this was fine for me but I guess it wouldn’t be for everyone.
Room was not ready at the check in time, was told to come back after half an hour. I took an hour just to be sure.

Geräumiges Zimmer an centraler lauter Lage, sauber jedoch in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Grösse vom Zimmer und das Bett.

Cons:

Das niemand erreichbar ist, wenn der Haustürcode nicht funktioniert. Zum Glück ist gerade jemand aus dem Haus gekommen.
Auch in der Informationsmatte steht nicht die Ansprechperson vor Ort, an der via Díaz 3a. Dieser Ort via à via vom Appartement haben wir nur per zu Fall rausgefunden. Und dann auch erfahren, dass man bei der Haustür einfach die 0 solange drücken muss bis sie aufgeht.
Die Zimmerausstattung schon sehr verbraucht, Toilettenhalter kaputt, Duschkabine schliesst nicht mehr ganz, Flecken auf dem Sofa, uralte Nachtischlampe.

Pros:

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist hervorragend und man gelangt schnell in die Stadt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hatte eine angenehme Größe, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlen konnte. Auch das Badezimmer war gepflegt und äußerst sauber.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und können das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Leider hat unsere Zimmertür nicht vollständig geschlossen. Das Personal hat jedoch sofort reagiert und uns umgehend einen Schlüssel zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass unsere persönlichen Gegenstände jederzeit sicher im Zimmer aufbewahrt waren.

The room had everything I needed and was spacious enough.

Cons:

The wifi didn’t really work at all. I messaged the owner and she responded asap with a solution but unfortunately it worked for a while but then stopped again. We were only staying one night so it wasn’t too bad.

Pros:

Rummet var mycket bra. Fick kod till porten och rummet nere på receptionen som låg nere på gatan. Rummen finns i lägenhet som är ombyggd så att varje rum har sin egen dörrkod. Modernt rum, med toalett, dusch, tvättmaskin, kök, esspresso, vattenkokare. Även modern tv så man kan streama sin mobil till.

Cons:

Ingen utsikt från fönstret från detta rum, inne gård.
