The receptionist was a good person.
There are cockroaches in the rooms. Also no mosquito net.
Очень гостеприимный хозяин, заселили ночью без проблем, помог с копиями документов.
Ils ont pas voulu le remboursement pour une perzonne handicapé
Great value for the price! The room was clean, and every day they called to ask if I wanted housekeeping. The room had air conditioning and all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer, toothbrushes, soap, conditioner, etc. It was well located, just a 15-minute walk from Bangla Street, so no noise at night. The owner was also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Place was nice but a little over priced due to being high season but other than that is a decent place
The location was good. The beach was about 1.5 Kms walk. The locality was not noisy.
The hotel did not meet our expectation considering the price we paid. After reaching Phuket, we realized that we would have got a similar hotel and rooms at a much cheaper price. There were no staff to help with the luggage. The hotel is run by a family. However, the room was cleaned during the day.
Spacious room with fridge and air conditioning. Small balcony but it was okay.
Very good value, the owner was very helpful and polite.
Roof top pool was small but was good to cool down, but for the price it was worth it
7-11, 5 minute walk
15 minutes walk to night market and walking street
Construction work across the street, entertainment watching from the pool, couldn't hear any noise from our room
The room was mostly tidy, the bed was very clean, there was big cabinet, tv, airco, little sofa, the hotel is not far from shops, nightlife etc. The owner was friendly and gave me some helpful tips regarding taxis.
The owner agreed to a partial refund after I complained about the lack of a usable swimming pool.
At check-in there was nobody there. I called the phone number on the desk a few times but got no reply. After maybe half an hour I finally received a phone call and eventually met the apologetic owner and got the key to my room (402).
The room was mostly tidy but there were still long black hairs that didn't belong to me in more difficult to reach places. The shower head is placed in a holder that is held in place by only 1 screw (but there are 2 screw holes), making that holder swivel in place, meaning the shower head will randomly swivel in all directions before falling out and just dangling by the hose. This means you have to hold the shower head in one hand and wash yourself with the other hand, awkward.
The airco's swivel system was broken, instead there were some plastic diffusers placed in front of it directing the cold air down, down to the sofa and the desk where you'd sit, making it too cold to sit there. The balcony was tiny and could feature at most 2 plastic chairs, there was 1.
I booked the hotel because of the advertised swimming pool but the swimming pool was only half full and not actively being filtered, there were cigarette butts and insects floating in the stale water. Swimming pool is a big word anyway, it's small, more like the size of an L-shaped jacuzzi. The showers that are by the pool were not functional, no hoses, no shower heads, nothing. So the hotel should not advertise as having a swimming pool.
Not the hotel's fault but a new building is being constructed right next door (March 2024), meaning very loud construction noises as of 08:15 or so. They've only just started with the foundation so the noise will be there for a while.
The lift is very slow and makes concerning noises, it's probably ok but especially with a Patong wide power outage I experienced when there I was very glad I wasn't locked in that lift.
