Good value for money!!
Pros:

This is a three (3) star hotel and it is quite great for its standard. I had to stay with them because the hotel is quite close to my Nephew's resident, who I travelled to attend his graduation from school. The swimming pool and external sitting areas are fantastic/quite lovely and cosy. The reception area too is ok. I experienced exceptional service from the staff members namely Muge, Emre, Abid, and Ali. Their welcoming smiles and patience in sorting out my bill was well appreciated For whatever reason my card refused to work but then I had to use the bank App to transfer the money from the same card. I totally forgot that they take cash, I would have brought card and avoided interest charges by the bank. They sorted everything with me, quite patiently. Ali was kind enough to give me the name of the Turkish tea I wanted to buy and even agreed for me to take the picture of the tea so I could buy the correct one, as I bought the wrong one the last time I visited Cyprus. I mean that Turkish tea they serve after meal in Turkish restaurants here in the UK. It helps to digest the food. I bought it on my way home. Quite happy I bought the correct open now, thanks to Ali.
I am used to staying in 4 or 5 star hotels so I didn't. expect the rooms to be a 5 Star room but it was worth the money paid (for its standard). Breakfast too wasn't like what I eat in 5 Star hotels but quite standard and ok. Their staff are quite warm and professional. The cleaners too were quite warm and always smiling.

Cons:

The things I didn't like was the fact that I had to go down and request for Iron when I need it. Secondly, I expected them to have tea, coffee table in the room but none. No kettle. If I need hot water, I have to go down and ask them to give me hot water in a tea cup and I carry it up. No kettle in the room. If they can have a tea/coffee section set up in the room, it will be fantastic, and iron too. They can add a little money for that, just to make the room more welcoming and cosy. And visitors can have tea or coffee in the room when they want and in the evening too before bed.
Secondly, visitors don't come into the room unlike some 4 and 5 star hotels that allow it as long as you don't sleep over. Visitors has to be seen downstairs. It is their policy though. Everyone and his policy but it would be nice if they tweak that policy and allow visitors to go see their people but not to sleep over.

Good value hotel within walking distance of historic harbour
Pros:

This hotel was a good value option, within walking distance of the historic centre of Kyrenia/Girne and convenient for public transport links to Nicosia and other towns.

It is a simple hotel, but the rooms and public areas were clean and had reasonable facilities. The breakfast was decent, with a reasonable selection of breads, cereal, fruit, cheese, jam, tea and coffee.

The hotel pool (outdoors) was quite nice.

Cons:

The TV in my room only seemed to receive one TV channel - a Turkish language news channel. Otherwise, everything was OK.
