I had a wonderful experience.
Pros:

It was clean, the staff was super nice and welcoming. I would stay there again.

Cons:

The door was hard to open I think it was coming off., made a scraping noise every time the door opened. Staff said they will be fixing it.

Satisfactory after a difficult start with the room relocation.
Pros:

Ruby, the front desk attendant, was amazing! She cares so much and was so upset that we had an issue with our room. Twice, she stated she was embarrassed and we assured her it was ok and not her fault. She was a gem and it is so refreshing to see someone who takes ownership and really cares about doing a good job. We were not upset - it was only a minor inconvenience - but Ruby treated the situation with the utmost professionalism.

Cons:

The air conditioner in our room was leaking onto the carpet, so most of the carpet in the room was soggy. Ruby relocated us to another room and upgraded us to a 1-bedroom suite at no additional charge.
