Pros:

地元や旬の食材を使った料理がとにかく美味しかったです。
ボリュームも申し分なく、お腹いっぱい食べられました。
小学生の子供達にも同じ内容の料理を、やや少なめで提供してもらえたので、サシの入った和牛の鉄板焼など大喜びでした。
前菜や刺身もどれも美味しかったです。
デザートの桜饅頭もとても上品で、子供達はおかわりしたいと言ったほどでした(笑)

朝食も新鮮な野菜サラダに、手作りなのかな？美味しいドレッシングがかけられておりモリモリ食べられました。
焼き鮭もホテルの朝食とは思えないくらい肉厚で、塩加減もちょうど良かったです。

スキーシーズン終了に伴い宿泊客が私たち家族のみだったのですが、スタッフの方々はとても親切に接して下さいました。
ホテルが貸し切りだったので、掛け流し温泉も時間を気にすることなく家族風呂として使わせていただけてありがたかったです。

乾燥室もあったので、スキーで濡れてしまった靴やグローブなど乾かすことができました。

卓球やトランプ、ちょっとした漫画コーナーなどもあり、ホテル滞在中はゆっくり過ごすことができました。
施設設備もとてもお洒落で、清掃も行き届いていて良かったです。

Cons:

全体的にとても高評価のホテルです。
強いて言うなら部屋のトイレと洗面がやや狭かったことくらいです。

気楽に楽しめた宿泊
Pros:

スタッフの方がとても親身になってもらえて、フレンドリー。臨機応変に対応していただけました。YouTubeやTVerが見れたので嬉しい！

Cons:

キーが一本しかなかったので、2人が温泉へ行こうとすると不便

Excellent place to stay for a ski trip
Pros:

Location very good for skiing at Mt Norikura snow resort. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and offered to help make reservations for restaurants in the town. Rooms were very clean and natural onsen was very good with wide range of japanese skincare amenities. Proprietor arranged a later-than-usual dinner for our group who arrived past sunset, and at pretty short notice. Food was good. Staff was very communicative and responsive prior to arrival.

Cons:

Onsen facilities a little dated.
Difficult to get here without a car

食事も美味しく、スタッフの方は非常に丁寧で親切でした。スタッフ対応は大満足です。

細かいことですが、何かが少し足りない点が残念でした。食事には信州の漬物があると良かった。朝食の飲み物には牛乳、ヨーグルト、風呂場には体重計、トイレはウォシュレット。元々電波が弱い地域の様ですが、Wi-Fiが繋がりにくいのは残念でした。スタッフさんはとても親切で一生懸命対応頂いたので、少しの変化でより良くなるのではと思いました。

Proximity to the lift & very kind staff! I forgot to pay the incidentals balance & they were so nice about reminding me after we left…they even offered to waive it!

Futons were uncomfortable & Japanese room for 4 was very small without a table big enough for us.
