親切で過ごしやすいホテル
Pros:

午前中に到着したにもかかわらず、具合の悪くなった娘を丁寧に介抱していただき、優先的に部屋へ入れていただきました。またトレッキングの間快く荷物を管理していただきました。
温泉の湯の質もとてもよく、気持ちよかったです。乗鞍山頂行きのバスのバス停が目の前にあったので、帰りはそこで降ろしてもらい、とても便利でした。
夫は夜飲み放題のワインバーでスタッフの方と歓談しながら地元のワインやお酒を試飲して楽しんでいました。

Autentiek en fijn verblijf in de bergen!
Pros:

We werder zeer gastvrij onthaald door de vriendelijke gastheer en dame. Het was een genot praatjes te maken en wij werden zeer fijn geholpen. Wij sliepen in een Japanse style kamer. Deze was zeer ruim. De onsen is fijn en in de omgeving (nabij Kamikochi) is genoeg te beleven.

Cons:

Als je niet gewend bent aan een futton, kan het wat hard liggen.

Kind Staff, Great Breakfast and Relaxing Onsen
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options, and the onsen was clean, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

Cons:

The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which made carrying luggage up the stairs a bit difficult.

The luxurious accommodations in a gorgeous part of the world and the staff were genuinely warm, thoughtful, and proactive in their care. We wish we had a longer stay! The food was also delicious.

Beautiful hotel that we didn't think it's location is far from the city, but it gave us the full japanese experience that included the room style, the beautiful onsen, the helpful and super nice staff

Cons:

It would be good to mention that if is not located in Matsumoto city but around it.
Also it would be very good to mention that if you arrive in the evening, there is no open place to eat or have coffee other than the hotel which also stop serving dinner at 20:00...so you better keep it in mind when booking this beautiful hotel
Also, dinner we had wasn't the quality I expected...

施設は綺麗で温泉も大満足でしたが、食事をが私てきにはイマイチでした。枕もふわふわすぎて寝心地が悪かったです。スタッフの方は親切で良かったしお風呂は貸切状態で満喫しました。
Cons:

朝食がバイキングだと思ってたのに違ってました！シャケが美味しく焼けてたのでおにぎり握らせてもらいました。
