Pros:

Staff was great. Very helpful and attentive.

Cons:

Charging a $35 "resort" fee for amenities that a Holiday Inn Express has. Our standard room was designed with no chair. If you have a clamshell suitcase that won't fit in the closet or on the suit case stand, where do you put it?? On the only place you have to sit down. Bad design.

Amazing design great location could be friendlier staff at reception

Cons:

Arrived 3 hours before check in and front desk staff said the room is ready but I had to pay 100$ extra to check in early . I thought that was not appropriate for a new hotel not fully booked and room ready… what harm in allowing early check in rather then having me sit in lobby for 3 hours
