A Wonderful Stay at Atlas Boston!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Atlas Boston. The hotel is new, exceptionally clean and beautifully designed, blending modern style with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The spacious, thoughtfully arranged rooms feel both practical and relaxing, while the incredibly comfortable beds made for excellent nights of sleep.

The well-equipped gym made it easy to maintain a workout routine and the fantastic location was ideal for exploring Boston. Every detail, from the polished interiors to the cleanliness and service, felt carefully considered.

A special thank you to Arnaldo and his team for their warm hospitality and attentive service. They made the experience feel especially personal and welcoming.

Atlas Boston is a lovely addition to Boston’s hotel scene and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Honestly wasn’t anything I disliked during my stay. Everything went smoothly and I appreciated how comfortable and well cared for I felt throughout my visit.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und wirkt modern und ansprechend. Ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind in vergleichbaren Hotels in den USA in der Regel größer. Beim Check-in war das Personal mit europäischen Namen überfordert und brauchte fast 20 Minuten um die Reservierung zu finden. Kurz bevor der Supervisor dazukam. Die Zimmerreinigung fand erst spät am Nachmittag statt und wurden die Böden (Teppichböden) nur nach Aufforderung gesaugt. Beim Check-out stimmte die Abrechnung (Parking) nicht und musste ebenfalls mit dem Supervisor abgeklärt werden.

New property, but some areas that could be improved.
Pros:

New and nicely decorated.
Bell Attendants were extremely helpful.
Great cafe in the next building called Phin.
Room was clean.
Nice lobby to work and hang out.

Cons:

Location- far from city access or public transportation. If not familiar with Boston, then not a great choice.
Noisy elevator- which kept chiming all night, audibly from the room. I’m not sure why guests all need notice that the elevator is on the floor.
Front desk-Half the staff were extremely helpful. The rest not at all.
Breakfast- Too expensive for what it is. Better to eat from restaurant à la carte.
Housekeeping: came in, but didn’t replace coffee pods, makeup towels and floor towel.

Fantastic!
Pros:

First and foremost, each and every member of the staff is OUTSTANDING. We stayed for 9 nights and everyone made us feel right at home, made sure minor problems were fixed, super warm and polite.
The hotel itself is lovely - quite new, modern, with a fantastic gym. Great location if you have events at or near Harvard.

Probably won't stay there again.
Pros:

The facilities were immaculate. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and beautiful. The shower was great.

Cons:

Coffee service in the a.m. was a bit ridiculous (disorganized; no trash can near; had to ask, twice, for half-and-half). The restaurant decided not to open at 7, as advertised, and would not provide a reason, which annoyed guests who were on a schedule. Opened about 40 minutes later. Service was really slow and the buffet ran out within an hour. Eggs were not prepared as ordered. Rooftop bar/dining was closed for two nights for a "private event," despite being told it was open each night of our stay. No curb cut for handicapped access with valet or anything else. Not ok. The hotel itself was assessable.

Water pressure in shower very low.
7 usd for room temperature bottled water in the room.
Extremely thin toilet paper
Room temperature regulation seem to reset every 2 or 4 hours even during some nights
