Son emplacement très près du métro
Les deux lits dans la pièce principale, pas de chambre
La chambre était très propre ainsi que les parties communes.

Un peu de bruit sur la terrasse de la part d’autre vacancier mais sinon RAS
La situation, l'agencement de l'appartement, la mise à disposition de machine à laver et sèche linge
Aucun personnel sur place et aucune réponse à nos demandes. On avait réservé cet appartement pour ses 3 lits, mais le sofa n'était pas pourvu de drap et couette, impossible d'y dormir comme prévu. Demande envoyée le 1er soir en arrivant, réponse reçue la veille au soir de notre départ...
Que des mails automatiques, qui rappellent le montant des amendes... pas super accueillant !
Sinon, l'appartement est plutôt bien équipé, mais la machine à café fuit, la douche fuit, une chaise était à moitié cassée...
Emplacement
C’est plutôt une auberge de jeunesse assez chère.
Attention « 2 chambres séparées » ne veut pas dire qu’il y a forcément une porte qui sépare l’une d’entre du salon, une de nos chambres étaient dans le salon.
Un vieux slip se trouvait derrière un des lits.
L’hôte devait nous appeler, il ne l’a jamais fait.
La terrasse pour appâter, elle est commune et les photos ont été bien retouchées, irréel. Personne ne peut avoir envie d’utiliser le jacuzzi

Because the location was so good, it was fairly noisy outside.
4pm check in seems reather late in comparison to.orher places we've stayed at during our canada road trip - however, the 11am check out is in the generous side

Petit bémol, il n'y avait pas de draps, de couverture et d'oreiller pour la personne qui dormait sur le sofa
Obiekt położony w okolicy gdzie jest wszystko: knajpy, sklepy, komunikacja. Ogólnie czysto, z pewnymi ale .. to później. Wejście na kody, bezobsługowe. Kontakt z właścicelem dobry. Łóżka były wygodne, ale powciskane tak, że ledwo się ruszyć można. Okien nie da się otworzyć, bo strach.. prosto na jakieś schody, ale klimatyzacja jest. Niestety dmucha prosto na łóżko przy oknie i osoby tam śpiące mają duży dyskomfort. Ale apartament jest ok, jak ktoś nie ma wymagań "hotelowych".
Uwaga do właściciela, woda spod prysznica tak się leje do salonu, że wypływa spod podłogi. Zaraz będzie pleśń i kosztowny remoncik Was czeka. Musiałem sam naprawić prysznic, bo to jakaś tragedia ten kanadyjski standard bryzga w sufit a nie w dół. Wejscie do apartamentu wymaga dobrej sprawności fizycznej, jacuzzi jest, ale nie do użytku. Woda mętna, aż się klei, no syf... Okna strach otwierać w dzień, a co dopiero w nocy. Głośno.

The apartment is comfortable and great. Good kitchen and air conditioning.
It was very noisy. There were people making noise in the hot tub until after 430 am 10 feet away from our bed. I had to ask two groups to leave the hot tub.

I had no issue with the stairs but if you Can't manage three flights of stairs with your luggage. This would be difficult.
The listing photos were misleading, showing a hot tub and making the terrace look private. In reality, the terrace was shared, the hot tub was not available, and the area was noisy.
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The apartment had a strong bathroom odor when we arrived, and there was only one proper bed. The couch was counted as the second bed, although the host did send extra sheets, which we appreciated.
