To loud and mouldy leaky bathroom
Pros:

The beds are very comfy and clean bedding with a smart tv. If the noise from the traffic does not bother you, the location in the old quarter is perfect so much around to do and see

Cons:

However we hardly slept the 4 nights due to how loud it is from the road and the beeping. It starts around 6am until early hours in the morning. The apartment was not the cleanest on arrival the bathroom and kitchen area needs a deep clean. The bathroom is full of mould and we had a leak the from the ceiling which i reported but nothing was done. The leak was dripping on you when you sit on the toilet and also onto the shelf where we had our toothbrushes etc which we had to move to the kitchen. I personally didn't like how you had to go through the restaurant below and up 4 flights of stairs.

L'emplacement bien que l'entrée par le restaurant ne spit pas très pratique. L'espace est agréable et le balcon̂ charmant.

Cons:

L'absence de couverts et de vaisselle. Une seule assiette. Très minimal. Ca pourrait etre amélioré.

Ужасное отношение к гостям.
Хозяин просто забыл о нас и дал запасной ключ от нашего номера чужим людям, которые пришли к нам и стали ругаться, что мы заняли их номер.
Категорически не советую это место!

Микроволновки не было в номере, кондиционер не работал, полотенец тоже не было.

Fajne miejsce na starym mieście.
Pros:

Lokalizacja w samym centrum starego miasta (słychać ruch jakby okna były otwarte, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało). Tak centralna lokalizacja powoduje często też stanie w korkach w taxi, jeśli ktoś chce się stąd wydostać. Mnóstwo jedzonka dookoła, masaże, wszystko co potrzeba. Właściciel bardzo szybko zareagował na informację, że w pokoju jest zimno, a byliśmy z dziećmi - jeszcze tego samego wieczoru przywiózł grzejnik, za co bardzo dziękujemy. Mieszkanie spore, przestronne, dwa duże łóżka. Jest mała lodówka, mikrofala, telewizor, klimatyzator.

Cons:

Brudne ręczniki - nie wiadomo, czy brudne bo się nie doprały czy nie zostały wymienione po poprzednich gościach.

Nous sommes arrivées à 19h dans l’appartement en informant le propriétaire 1h à l’avance.

Une fois en bas de l’immeuble (ou plutôt du restaurant), aucune indication n’était donnée.
Nous avons essayé de l’appeler en vain pendant environ 40 minutes : il voyait nos messages mais ne nous répondait pas.

C’est finalement une femme de ménage qui nous a ouvert, au bout de 40 minutes, en nous indiquant que le ménage n’était pas fait et qu’il fallait revenir dans 30 minutes (alors que le check-in était censé être disponible à partir de 14h).

Nous avons donc pu entrer dans l’appartement vers 20h30, celui-ci n’ayant pas été correctement nettoyé.
Le plafond de la salle de bain est dans un très mauvais état et fuit abondamment.

Nous n’avons reçu aucune indication. Le propriétaire ne répondait à aucun de nos messages, alors que ceux-ci allaient pourtant dans son sens puisque nous souhaitions le payer. Il nous indiquait des horaires auxquels il comptait passer, sans jamais venir.

Lorsqu’il a daigné venir le dernier soir, sans nous prévenir à l’avance, il a même eu l’audace de nous demander un pourboire !
Pour ce prix, vous pouvez trouver bien mieux ailleurs. Je ne recommande pas du tout !

Pros:

The room was spacious and spotless, the decoration tasteful and the beds lovely and big.
They communicated very well and was attentive to requests. I was able to check out a bit later and store my luggage.

Cons:

Compared to a few other properties of the same price, I didn’t see complementary coffee/tea/water. But that’s not a big deal

Would love to stay here again.
Pros:

Very clean and modern. Full kitchen, washing machine and everything outside on the balcony. Location is great in the centre of Hanoi.

Cons:

Entrance is in the back of a small restaurant and there are 5 stories of steep stairs.

Property was clean. Lovely balcony and comfortable stay! Great location

Cons:

Flat is on 5th floor and stairs are difficult to navigate with luggage. No elevator. Our fault for not checking but just an FYI to those with large luggage

Noisy at night and early in the morning as it’s right in the middle of the old quarter. This comes with staying so central so was to be expected

Pros:

Good location close to everything in the old town. Room was big, clean and well equiped. Comfortable beds. The owner was helpfull - he organized our trip to Ninh Binh and transportation to SaPa in his travel agency.
Big balcony with nice wiew on the street (but)...

Cons:

The apartment is a bit harder to find as the entrance is through the restaurant on the ground floor.
The bathroom and kitchen on the balcony need a thorough cleaning and renovation. Poor kitchen equipment.

Cons:

The room was not properly cleaned at check-in, with used soaps in the bathroom, hair from previous guests on the floor, and a smelly cleaning cloth left on the sink. When I raised this with the owner, he was dismissive and unapologetic, stating I was being picky and asking me to leave at midnight and return the next day, blaming the issues on my late check-in. He also claimed an already opened toothbrush was intended for my use. Overall, a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

Pros:

Good size space, decent location

Cons:

Leak in ceiling making bathroom floor wet, 5th floor with no elevator, can be tiring if you forget something and have to climb back up, also I did not like that there are hidden cleaning fees on booking.com that are not calculated as part of total cost
