Buena habitación, mala experiencia con el desayuno
Pros:

Habitación cómoda y limpia. La cama era muy confortable y permitió descansar bien. El baño estaba en perfectas condiciones, moderno y muy limpio.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, el hotel no dispone de ascensor. Viajábamos con maletas y tuvimos que subir varios pisos por las escaleras, algo que puede resultar especialmente complicado para personas mayores, familias o huéspedes con equipaje pesado.

El mayor problema fue el desayuno. Para nosotros, el desayuno es una parte importante de la experiencia de un hotel y fue una gran decepción. La variedad era extremadamente limitada: solo había café negro, por lo que quienes no toman café prácticamente no tenían alternativas. Además, el café estaba frío y parecía recalentarse constantemente.

La oferta de comida era muy pobre: únicamente pan blanco tipo sándwich, huevos y salchichas fríos, algunos quesos y poco más. No había variedad de panes, embutidos, bebidas, frutas ni otros productos que normalmente se esperan de un desayuno buffet.

Lo que más nos preocupó fue la falta de cuidado en la zona del desayuno. En una de las jarras de agua encontramos un insecto dentro, lo que nos dio la impresión de que algunos elementos no se revisaban ni limpiaban adecuadamente de un día para otro.

También echamos en falta cubiertos y otros utensilios básicos, que había que solicitar constantemente al personal.

Es una pena, porque la habitación fue buena, pero la experiencia del desayuno afectó negativamente nuestra impresión general del hotel. Consideramos que esta área necesita una mejora importante en calidad, higiene, organización y variedad.

Très agréable hôtel bien situé avec un personnel attentionné

Cons:

La chambre n’a pas été lavée durant notre séjour malgré une demande après avoir été à la plage. Nous avons dû faire avec le sable.
Le petit déjeuner pourrait offrir plus de diversité même si il était bon.
