The room i was put in was very clean and spacious.

Cons:

The bathroom smelt of drains and the hot water took ages to heat up for the shower.

I paid for 3 days breakfast and i explained to the manager with the mole on his face (forgot his name) that we will have to leave early for our flight and wont able to make the breakfast time on the last day. If he could kindly pack some fried bread / pastry as my young child will be hungry. I also mentioned it to the female staff twice so i don’t know if it was relayed to the manager. Despite mentioning the same issue over two days he didn’t sort it out, i end up going to the buffet area 15 mins prior to opening and explained to the chef if she can make me a few of the pastry bread which took her 10 mins. The manager came in late looking angry and said breakfast is for 7.30 then went to the chef and start shouting at her for making me a few bread for my child. I myself end up packing my own container and left. I didn’t ask for something extra, it was something i paid for and he was reluctant to sort it out. I would have given this hotel top marks for customer service but his attitude on the last day was awful. I’m sorry that the chef got shouted at. Will not be booking again

El Hombre de recepción muy atento desde antes de llegar,ya que llegue de msdrugada y me envio todas mas instrucciones para que me fuese facil acceder! La ubicación no esta mal

Cons:

Se ve que esta reformado y la habitación es grande pero el baño olia muchisimo a cañerias,la televisión no funcionaba porque no tenia antena,y el router del wifi le tienes enchufado pegado a la cama y suena mucho y no hes muy saludable dormir con ello tan pegado

La communication avec l’hôtel avant nôtre arrivée, l’espace de la chambre et la grande terrasse.

Cons:

L’odeur dégoût désagréable dans la salle de bain, le réfrigérateur étais sale à notre arrivée, pas d’ascenseur et pour finir le petit déjeuner très décevant "formule radin".

La pulizia

Il fatto che avendo prenotato una suite(gli ambienti separati c erano in effetti) ci aspettavamo di più come dimensioni e arredi. Nota veramente positiva il bagno ampio e dotato di ogni confort
