Pros:

宮古島の中心地で晩ごはんを歩いて食べに行くのにも便利なロケーション。チェックイン時間より早く到着してしまったのですが、きちんと丁寧に対応いただきました。お部屋が広く清潔でお得感がありました(^^)部屋着とドライヤーをフロントで貸していただけました。枕元にスマホ充電できるコンセントがありよかったです。ルームキーは無く、暗証番号でのロックなので24時間出入り可能。チェックアウトは先払いのためドアノブにチェックアウト札をかけておくだけでよく、スマートでした。

Cons:

利用させて頂いたお部屋ではシャワーがトイレと一緒でバスタブがなかったです。シャワーは温水がちゃんと出ました。

コスパで泊まるなら良いが、毎日ストレスをためたくない人には勧められない。
Pros:

繁華街に近い。
部屋は新しい。

Cons:

パジャマがない。ないことを連絡したら事前に受け取りをしなくてはならないルールだが説明は受けなかったか？と言われたが、説明などされてはいない。
自転車レンタル千円の割には、安物を貸し出している。

Good spot to rest after a days activities
Pros:

Good sized room, comfy bed, good air con and small balcony.
Central to the restaurant and shopping area so it was a quick walk to find dinner. Did have a well priced car pack which was a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel.

最悪‼️
Pros:

24時間出入りできたこと。

Cons:

梯子で上るベットなんて見たことないし、照明を消すために、そこから転落して足首を捻挫することなんて、外国や、日本のホテルで初めての経験。
寝具にはシミがあり、引いた！
ドライヤーも使うのが心配だった。
部屋の変更も断られ、悔しさの残る旅になった。
