Nice view from rooftop, but not clean and staff not cooperating
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, the highlight is definitely the view from the rooftop pool

Cons:

I checked into my room and the shower drain didn’t work, and the room was not cleaned properly as I found chunks of hair on a chair and some surfaces like the night stand were sticky and had to clean them myself. I mentioned this to reception, who apart from fixing the drain didn’t do anything else, no room change, no cleaning, no partial refund. The next day, after spending the day out, I was surprised to come back to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, and I complained again. At that point I gave up as I was leaving the next day. Really not cool. On top, everything looks old and without a care for detail, and the AC in the gym doesn’t work properly

Pros:

Pas grand chose

Cons:

La propreté n’est pas au rendez-vous, pour faire laver des vêtements il faut 48h au lieu des 36h annoncées. L’hôte n’offre pas de restauration donc il faut sortir pour le pdj.
Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Heerlijk verblijf in Phnom Phen
Pros:

We hebben een room upgrade gekregen voor 2 van de 3 kamers wat erg aardig was. Zeer grote kamers met ligbad. Hotel heeft geen restaurant maar wel genoeg eetmogelijkheden in de straat.

Cons:

Rooftop zwembad was prima maar het liggedeelte zouden ze iets aantrekkelijker mogen maken. Jammer dat je er geen drankje ofzo kunt doen want het uitzicht is natuurlijk geweldig.

Pros:

L'emplacement n'était pas trop mal, on peut déjeuner au café Barista (l'hôtel ne propose pas de repas).
Le monument de l'indépendance se situe à 15 min à pieds.
Tout est assez rapide sinon en tuk-tuk.
Le personnel était gentil et serviable.
La réception est ouverte à toute heure.

Cons:

Nous avions demandé à ce que la chambre soit nettoyée et au retour de notre excursion en soirée, cela n'avait pas été fait.
Le lendemain, la chambre avait été correctement nettoyée mais le personnel a laissé un chiffon sale sur l'étagère.
Le laundry de l'hôtel est cher, privilégiez celui situé au bout de la rue en remontant sur la gauche.

Bel hôtel simple
Pros:

Chambre très agréable, fonctionnelle et très propre.
Bel emplacement et piscine sur le toit un vrai plus

Cons:

Il n’y avais pas de restaurant ni de SPA, c’était simplement une réception et des chambres rien de plus
Aucun service, même pas possible de nous dépanner une fourchette ou de nous recommander des activités

Pros:

A good hotel.
We had a spacious room.
The staff are helpful with everything.
The location is excellent — on the same street, just a few minutes from the hotel, there are three great places to eat and some nice shops.
It’s a 13-minute walk to the Royal Palace and the National Museum of Cambodia.

Cons:

The tea and coffee cups are very small :) I’m used to big mugs.
But it was the same in all the hotels in Cambodia where I stayed.

Pros:

Bon emplacement. Le personnel est sympathique.

Cons:

Le ménage n’est pas fait tous les jours, même si on active le bouton dédié. Je ne demande pas un ménage de fond en comble mais c est quand même bien d avoir un coup de balai, du pq et les poubelles vidées régulièrement. Durant mon séjour d une semaine environ, jai eu 3 fois le ménage et condensé vers la fin car je le demandais tous les jours à la réception.
