Our stay was fun, fast, but made fabulous by our stay.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was on point! The beds and pillows were AMAZING!

Cons:

The only inconvenience was locating an ice machine. I actually never found it.

Pros:

The hotel hadn't even opened for business - and we had to find another hotel and nearly twice the price. I'm thinking of never using Booking again - and perhaps cancelling the booking we have for Rome. Booking has 'zero' personal touch - nd seems to only care for it's own profit.
