I will never stay at a best western/ plus.
Pros:

The staff was amazing.

Cons:

The score would be higher if the 1st room was clean. The floors were sticky. Stains on the comforter, I pulled back the sheets to find hair and some other remnants that were left behind. I have pictures. It was Fourth of July and we had change rooms around 11:30pm we had dogs and bags.

Clean, safe, and comfortable place to rest.
Pros:

This was a safe and comfortable stay on the night of 4th of July. Fireworks in the nearby areas are incredible! Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, and the lobby & room were clean and spacious.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this is the 3rd time in recent weeks that I have booked a hotel through booking.com and arrived at the property to find out there is a big problem. In this case, the hotel did not have our reservation. I had to call booking.com, and after speaking to the property, booking.com cancelled my reservation and suggested other places to stay. I spoke with the front desk & they offered the same room I had previously reserved, but for a much higher cost. I was out of time and patience, so I took it. They said it was booking.com's fault. Booking.com apologized but took no accountability, so I suffered the consequences. Disappointing. I blame booking.com. Consider booking directly with this property because the place and the staff were great.
