- A las 8 am nos despertó el ruido de las obras que hay alrededor
- Por fuera parece un centro de salud o una residencia, no tiene pinta para nada de hotel

Excellent value for money.
Pros:

The location is in a quiet residential area on the western outskirts of Madrid. Despite being very close to the A-5 motorway, traffic noise isn't an issue at all. The construction / renovation of this property is very recent and it shows positively. The interior and rooms are pleasant, spacious and well-lit. Value for money is excellent. A Merto / underground station is just 5 minutes by foot away. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so no review for this.

Cons:

As this hotel is located in a high-density residential area, forget about bringing your own car. Parking is near impossible. I have access to handicapped parking space and was fortunate to being able to use the only one nearby.

Perfecta ubicación
Pros:

Todo nuevo, la ubicación muy buena porque tienes la línea 10 a 5 minutos caminando que llegas al centro en 10 minutos y si no tienes la línea 5 también que te lleva a otras zonas de Madrid
