Bardzo Polecam !!!
Pros:

Pobyt w tym miejscu był absolutnie fantastyczny! Już od samego początku wszystko przebiegało bezproblemowo – świetny kontakt z obsługą, szybkie przekazanie informacji oraz bardzo sprawne zameldowanie.

Apartament był czysty, pachnący i doskonale przygotowany na nasz przyjazd. Widać ogromną dbałość o szczegóły – wygodne łóżko, świeża pościel, dobrze wyposażona łazienka oraz wszystko, czego potrzeba do komfortowego pobytu. Lokalizacja również na duży plus – blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji, restauracji i komunikacji.

Ogromnym atutem była też cisza i spokój – idealne miejsce do odpoczynku po całym dniu zwiedzania. Dodatkowo właściciele byli bardzo pomocni i uprzejmi, zawsze gotowi doradzić i pomóc.

Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu – zarówno na krótki wypad, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Chcesz wersję bardziej „luksusową”, bardziej „na luzie” albo dopasowaną pod konkretny hotel z Twojego wyjazdu (np. Da Nang)? Mogę zrobić idealnie pod realny pobyt 👍

Highly recommended for couples and solo travellers who like a quiet place.
Pros:

The apartment is very modern with all the facilities, in a (surprisingly) very quiet street away from the main road. Nearby, you can walk safely along the shore. Close by, there's a little street with fantastic restaurants, including a Vietnamese one, and they're not expensive. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.

Cons:

There was nothing I was unhappy about.

Would recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi for a short or long visit.
Pros:

Location was excellent, bed was large and comfortable, bathrooms and showers were lovely. Management were very responsive to our Whatsapp and helpful. Staff in the building were very friendly. Fantastic large flatscreen TV. Internet connection was very fast and reliable.

Couch in living room was uncomfortable.

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and everything was absolutely wonderful.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is located in a quiet area, which made the stay really relaxing after busy days in Hanoi.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I truly felt taken care of during my stay.
Great atmosphere, great service, and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The apartment is in an excellent location, with several good food options within easy walking distance. The room and kitchen were modern and well equipped. The bed was firm and comfortable, though the pillows lacked adequate support.

The balcony was quite small, with no room to comfortably stand. Unfortunately, there were also noise issues: a neighboring dog barked frequently, and the elevator bell rang loudly every time it was used, which was disruptive.

Additionally, the photos in the listing did not accurately match the apartment we were given, which was disappointing.

Overall, the location and furnishings are strong positives, but the noise and listing inaccuracies impacted our stay.
