I really love its location and modern decoration. however, its impact size is quite uncomfortable.
Pros:

location. peaceful vibe yet very close to shopping area.

Cons:

the room is so tight! the bed is literally next to the door. the steps are quite steep and hard to climb. the bathroom is ok but has no space for dressing. you have to shut the curtain for privacy.

Pros:

직원분들이 친절하셨고 wifi 문제나 수건, 쓰레기 배출 등을 이메일로 문의를 하면 원하는 것 등을 빠르고 확실하게 가져다주셨습니다. 그리고 숙소도 깨끗하고 침대도 편안했습니다.

Cons:

세탁기와 주방이 있다고 들었던 것 같은데 따로 이용하는 공간이 없어서 아쉬웠고, 2층 침대로 올라가는 사다리가 원기둥 모양의 쇠로 되어있어서 발이 너무 아팠습니다. 그것만 바뀌면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Pros:

値段が安くて良かった。メッセージでチェックインの仕方を度々送ってくれてたので複雑なところはあったけどすぐチェックインできてよかった。
暑い日だったので部屋に入ったらエアコンが付いていてありがたかったです。

Cons:

部屋自体は綺麗に見えたが埃の塊が所々落ちていて気になった。ベッドの隙間に物を落としたのでマットレスをあげると下も埃だらけだった。

Pros:

Great location! Peaceful and quiet neighborhood with very convenient access to both Hakata and Tenjin areas. Two convenience stores and numerous yatai stalls at night just a block away.
Very fast response via chat or email whenever we had issues. Easy check in and check out procedure for an unmanned hotel.
High tech Toto toilet and shower with strong water pressure.
Bunk beds were sturdy and quiet. Beds were firm and comfortable.

Cons:

No wifi internet for 5 out of 7 days stay. Smart TV was left unused due to this.
No microwave to reheat convenience store goodies like sandwiches and onigiri.
For long stays, no room housekeeping at all. No vacuum cleaner or broom to clean the carpeted floor ourselves.. They do collect garbage and provide extra garbage bags if you email them.
No change of towels either. Be prepared to use the front load washing machine if you know how.

Pros:

地點非常好，不管是博多車站還是天神地下街走路都可以抵達。出飯店就是中州川端最熱鬧的河邊，不管要去屋台還是中州川端站都非常近。回飯店也都可以經過一蘭拉麵總店，時間剛好的話就可以看到表演✨
出地下鐵的話馬上就是唐吉訶德，要買東西非常方便！
房間兩個人住很剛好，電視還可以看YouTube和Netflix
如果有什麼問題或是需要協助的話，私訊飯店都會回覆的非常快！體驗很好！
非常感謝飯店在旅程中的照顧🙏

應該是外面河川的味道，剛好住到廁所有味道的房間。剛入住的時候味道很重，建議飯店可以改善這個部分！
（每天認真通風的話會好一點，但還是會有一點味道）

Pros:

環境、最低限の寝具はシンプルで良かった。

Cons:

システムを理解してなくて、チェックインに手こずった、もう少しわかりやすく案内してほしいし、チェックイン時、Ai等利用して音声と画面で誰にでも分かるように出来るはずだと思います

立地が良くコンビニ、飲食店、買い物が徒歩圏内だった
立地の割には非常にコスパがよかった

Cons:

洗面台の蛇口や後付けの棚の建付けが甘くグラついていた
洗面台の排水が悪かったので、排水栓を外したが、今度は下水の臭いがし始めた

お風呂が臭すぎた
Cons:

お風呂の排水管から激臭がしました。
こちらを改善いただけたら嬉しいです。
また洗面台の棚も建付けが悪く斜めになり使用できませんでした。
洗面台シンクも排水できない閉まった状態だったので水が溜まり、たまった水に手を入れて解除しなければいけなくて不快でした。

こちらを改善いただけると嬉しいです。
