I hot charged for something I didn’t get. Booking.com didnt help, so neither did they.
Pros:

I need u to remove reservation. I had delays in travrl and i was charged for the night. Your business wouldn’t help. Their business wouldn’t hrlp. I’m very disappointed.

Nice stay in DTC
Pros:

Good location. Nice breakfast. Liked the mini kitchen facilities (refrig, sink, microwave, coffee maker. Didn't use stove top.)

Cons:

Valet parking seemed very expensive. Couldn't get the telephone to make outside calls.

Nice stay other than the readiness of the room.
Pros:

The property was very clean all the staff were very nice and helpful. Loved the valet workers.

Cons:

I booked this hotel in March of 26 and check in time was 4. Early check in was not available but at 4 pm the room was still not ready. We had a concert that evening we had to get ready for and we had to use the lobby restroom to change and get ready. I think I should have gotten a discounted rate for the hassle that was not our fault.
