This was probably my best hotel choice in the last several years. I hesitated a little about paying extra for a room with a terrace, but after staying here I would absolutely recommend it. I was incredibly lucky to have a corner room with terraces facing two sides, and it completely changed the experience.
There is something very special about falling asleep and waking up with Batumi around you: catching a glimpse of the sea between the buildings, watching the square below constantly moving and coming to life, and simply sitting outside and enjoying the city from your own terrace.
The hotel itself feels very new, modern and extremely well thought through. Everything in the room is exactly where you need it, even small details such as the modern hairdryer make you feel that someone really considered the guest experience. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable, and the whole room had that rare combination of high-level comfort, coziness and style.
Service throughout the stay was excellent - warm, professional and effortless. Breakfasts were wonderful, I also used the spa and had a massage, which was a great experience.
Overall, the hotel far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful design, thoughtful rooms, excellent service and an atmosphere that made the stay genuinely memorable. My warmest thanks to the whole team - you have created a truly special hotel, and I would happily come back.

Le personnel (externe) du Spa mériterait à travailler son anglais... c'est la seule petite ombre au tableau.
On craignait le bruit avec la proximité de la place, ça n'est absolument pas gênant

السعر غالي جدا و عيب ثاني اي احد يقدر يصعد الاصنصير ويروح صوب الغرف بدون بطاقه وايضا الدرج اي احد يصعد منه ولكن اثنينهم يمرون من امام الاستقبال. الفندق امان
