Gorgeous hotel with very little to complain about. Shower and bathroom facilities brilliant, breakfast varied with very good coffee provided. Staff are very welcoming and professional. Great location for exploring Batumi
Very very minor, but sound-proofing in the room is not the best (noise from neighbouring Jazz bar)

מיקום מעולה ביותר, מלון יחסית קטן ושקט, צוות בסדר גמור.
ארוחת בוקר לא ברמה של מלון 5 כוכבים, אולי 3-4 כוכבים, אין מבחר מספק, לא ממלאים מה שנגמר, מכונת קפה אחת שעובדת לאט מאוד ונתקעת ואז צריך את עזרת הצוות-אכזבה גדולה!
החדר אוכל הוא הלובי, או הלובי הוא חדר אוכל.
הגענו מוקדם, יצאנו מהמלון ולא הודיעו שהחדר מוכן גם אחרי שעת הקבלה הפורמלית.

היה חסר לי לובי, מקום לשבת, אבל עדיין הייתי ממליצה עליו
מלון במיקום מנצח,בכיכר אירופה,צוות מאוד שירותי ונחמד,ועוזר בכל שאלה או בקשה.
מזרנים וכריות מאוד נוחים,מקלחת מעולה ,מרווחת עם זרם מיים מצויין.
