החדר נקי ובול מה שצריך יש שם. הגענו ב11 בבוקר והחדר שלנו היה מוכן... אפילו הביאו לנו למחרת עוגת יום הולדת כי ידעו שחגגנו יום הולדת..
המיקום מושלם ממש קרוב לכל דבר!!
הלכנו להסתכל על החדר כושר והסאונה וזה היה קצת פחות מומלץ... קטן וחשוך ולא מזמין להיכנס

Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé, la chambre était vraiment magnifique, le petit-déjeuné était très bon avec un large choix, et l’emplacement combinait la beauté du site et le pratique. Mais par dessus tout nous tenons à remercier le personnel. Ils ont été d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance exceptionnelle, toujours souriant, tres serviable, très accueillants et attentifs.

Cons:

Жили на пятом этаже номер 506, очень плохо спланирован, открыть можно только фрамугу для свежего воздуха очень маленькая щель и из неё постоянно слышится звук вентиляции гостиницы так что с открытым окном спать не удавалось приходилось включать кондиционер, баня нормально грелась только после жалобы, поднимался служащий отеля и включал а так температура доходило еле-еле до 60°, в номере ощущался запах ковролина

Amazing location, right next to Europe Square, five-minutes walk to Batumi Boulevard. The room is not big but stylish and comfortable. Plentiful breakfast. Every member of staff shows high quality, professional and welcoming.

Beautiful, stylish hotel in the centre of Batumi
Pros:

From the moment we entered we were warmly welcome at reception by George, he was so helpful thoroughout our stay at the hotel. Our room was very clean, beautifully decorated and a wonderful bed that was so comfy. The location of hotel is perfect, right in the centre of Batumi and we were able to walk anywhere.
