SCAM! You will have to pay CASH they cancel your reservation

The over all hotel is ok, it is at a very good location near the blue mesquite and the hotel over all is clean. Is just what you need for a short vacation stay.

Cons:

Reviews about booking and canceling reservation are TRUE ! DO NOT BOOK at this hotel if you don't want to pay CASH for your stay.

We did our reservation through booking by the time we arrived to the hotel, we were told that supposedly my bank did not pay booking for my reservation so that I had to pay cash for my stay. Which is totally not true! I never had this type of issue before and I travel quite a lot with my family. The guy there maybe the manager or owner would not let me pay with my credit card supposedly that booking had giving me a lower price. The next day, when I had the cash- his brother charged me $168 dollars less than what booking had charged me. So truly, the hotel had a lower price yet who seemed to be the owner or the manager charged me what booking was going to charge and had to be in cash. That same evening, once the manager/owner was there he charged me the $168 extra his brother had not charged me.

Keep this in mind, do NOT book through booking because the manager/owner will cancel your reservation and will blame it on booking and you will have to pay cash or look someplace else to stay.

No puedo opinar, me cancelaron la reserva el mismo día que llegamos alegando que mi banco rechazó el pago, cosa totalmente incierta, actualicé mi tarjeta de crédito a petición de booking y me dio el ok y cuando íbamos en el avión veo mensaje de que o me pongo en contacto inmediato o me anulan la reserva como así fue, no obstante nos perdonamos en el hotel y nos ofrecieron estancia por exactamente el doble del precio reservado, por lo tanto nos vimos obligados a buscar de noche en un país que no conocíamos alojamiento de nuevo con las molestias que eso conlleva.

Cons:

La falta de profesionalidad tanto de booking a quien desde aquí se lo hago llegar y al establecimiento que ha querido cobrarnos el doble amarado en mentiras.

Das wir bei Botamia gleich schön Frühstücken konnten. Die kleine Hagia Sophia Moschee war sehr nahe und zum Sultanahmet zu Fuß war es auch nicht all zu weit.

Reservation cancellation
Pros:

The accommodation itself is good. However, my reservation was cancelled at the day of my arrival. They told me the room was not available anymore, even though it was listed as available on Booking. They wanted me to pay more, so I cancelled.

Personalen var trevlig.

Cons:

Dåligt plats air conditioner sitter fel direkt på sängen hissen går inte till våning 3 bara till våning 2. Ingen barnsäng. Dålig städning. Passar inte till familjen med small barn. Bild från Takterass stämmer inte, finns bara 1 bord med 4 stolar. Du kan inte betala med kort bara kontanter.
