Location was decent to the downtown

Cons:

The noise from inside the room when people would shower above would make loud noises. Water pipes made loud noises all night. Then was woken up early by the construction workers down below our bedroom. Did not get a goodnight sleep.

Pros:

O café da manhã era muito bom (pago à parte). A equipe no geral é muito receptiva, principalmente o gerente e a equipe que trabalhou nos dois primeiros dias.

Cons:

Tivemos problemas de desorganização no hotel: cobertor e chave de acesso do quarto levado embora pela camareira, solicitamos um travesseiro extra que só foi entregue 3 dias depois, e ainda tivemos que buscar à recepção.
Limpeza: banheiro com malcheiro insuportável.
Conforto: camas e travesseiros muito ruins - esperava um colchão melhor - problemas para dormir, alarme de incêndio toca às 4h da manhã dentro do quarto.
Staff do terceiro dia totalmente despreparada, tratando hóspedes com falta de educação.
