Great rooms and comfy in a great location
Clean and tidy

We stayed for a week and found the hotel to be excellent value for money, especially considering how expensive Sydney can be.

The location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, making it easy to get around. There were also three different Woolworths supermarkets within a 10-minute walk, which was really convenient.

We discovered an amazing little café called Erko Pantry, which we ended up visiting every day. Highly recommend the steak sandwich – delicious!

The surrounding area was quiet and felt safe, which we really appreciated. Our room was neat and tidy and, although on the small side, we managed perfectly well for our week-long stay. The shared tea and coffee facilities outside the room were also a nice touch.

Overall, a comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced place to stay in Sydney. We would happily stay again!

From our arrival, all the staff were polite, personable and accommodating. We checked in online which made the physical check-in a simple matter of collecting two room swipe cards.
The room had all the facilities we needed and was very comfortable. It was pretty, having been renovated and tastefully furnished. It wasn't a big room but there was enough space for us and our luggage, which was sizable. We were lucky enough to have been allocated a room at the corner of the hotel, looking out into the busy street and during the afternoon it had a great vibe.
We didn't spend a lot of time in the room as we had a function to go to however we had some friends come over later in the evening and they were impressed.
We had a very late night and the staff were kind enough to allow us a late check-out the next morning so that we could organise our luggage and get ready for a lunch we were attending that day. I'd definitely stay again.

David the receptionist really stood out! What a nice guy! The whole hotel has a nice, vintage vibe, is super clean and smells good.

We had a phenomenal stay at the Kurrajong Hotel this past Saturday. At the door, we were greeted by a lovely gentleman, David, who was personable, engaged with us from the very start and felt like a hug away from home. The room exceeded our expectation, well decorated, comfortable and homely. When we had issues with our TV, David went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed, and nothing was too much trouble. The staff in the adjacent restaurant was equally friendly and made our stay a special and memorable one. Will definitely come back, and once again, thank you to David for making our great stay and an exceptional experience! Parking was also great - easy and free on the weekend right in front of the hotel!

Location is within easy train ride to city. Very tidy, well maintained

Great location for my purpose. Felt like the room had been recently renovated and was clean and well appointed. Bathroom and shower areas were very well done. I arrived late and access couldn’t have been easier. Check in, key, everything pre-done on the phone and worked like a charm.

Old heritage charm, beautiful features in a quiet location. Room was very clean and perfect for what we needed Short drive to Enmore theatre, which is where we were headed for the night.
