Superb rooms, great location.
Pros:

Great location, super quiet in the evenings, but a short walk to the bars and restaurants of King St. Lovely room, great en suite bathroom. Nice sedate pub underneath selling good beer and great food, with a discount for guests.

Cons:

No in-house facilities for breakfast, but two superb cafés next door; open early. The room was listed as a "double", which seems to be their smallest size: ideal for one person but might be a squeeze for two.

Great! Clean, trendy, comfy, good location.
Pros:

So nice. Really trendy, clean, so easy to get to and super easy parking out the front (note weekday hours are timed until 6pm, not paid, but weekends are not).
I think we got an accessible room (booked a queen). So this was far bigger than expected which was a nice surprise. Just FYI though if you are booking an accessible room, the beds are quite high.
Id definitely stay again!!
Great location, beautiful street, walking distance to Newtown. Cafe across the street that we didn’t try but looked very busy and popular

Cons:

There is a communal area out the front of the elevator with kettles, tea, coffee machine. If you’re near here (like our room was) it can be a bit noisy in the morning with people making coffees and chatting. Next time I’d request a room at the end of the hall away from this area ☺️
