Le falta una manita, pero está cerquita.

Muy buena ubicación, fácil de encontrar y bien conectado con Mora de Rubielos. Además, el personal es muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

El hotel deja muchísimo que desear. Ya iba con expectativas bajitas, pero aun así consiguió sorprender. Está viejo y descuidado. Entre los detalles memorables: un chicle pegado en la barra de la ducha, salpicones en varias paredes y unas camas de muelles muy viejas e incómodas. Además al ser semana santa era un poco más caro que de costumbre, así que completamente fuera de lugar.

no nos pusieron la habitacion eleguida, lo reserve por medio de ustedes para poder elegir la habitacion y aunque iba con niños pague la habitacion de cuatro adultos grande, y nos metieron en una pequeña doble con una litera, tuve que tirar un colchon al suelo para que pudiern dormir los niños. la llave de entrada casi no habria

Nuestra estancia coincidió en temporada alta de esquí con varios grupos diversos de huéspedes. No se hizo control ninguno sobre escándalos y ruidos a altas horas de la noche (más de las 24:00) y horas tempranas de la mañana (antes de las 6:30), habiendo grupos y personas que no respetan el descanso ajeno. A parte, La insonorización de las habitaciones es pésima, el aseo olía muchísimo a vater y nuestra ventana no cerraba bien, nos dimos cuenta de ello el último día, por lo que en la habitación hacía muchísimo frío. La recepción cierra a las 22:00 por lo que no había donde acudir para comentar lo sucedido. No es apto para familas tranquilas que quieran descansar.
