최근 귀 호텔에 투숙했던 부모님을 대신하여 이 후기를 작성합니다.
부모님께서는 “그냥 넘어가자”며 후기를 남기지 말라고 하셨지만, 저는 이러한 일이 그냥 지나쳐서는 안 된다고 생각합니다. 이 후기가 호텔의 서비스와 고객 응대가 더욱 개선되는 데 조금이나마 도움이 되기를 바랍니다.
투숙 중 부모님께 다리미가 필요하여 아버지께서 프런트 데스크에 요청하셨습니다. 그러자 직원은 다리미를 이용하려면 보증금을 내야 한다며 다소 무례한 태도로 응대했습니다.
아버지는 바로 보증금을 지불하겠다고 말씀드렸습니다. 그러자 직원은 비웃는 듯한 표정으로 “그건 체크인할 때 하셨어야죠.“라고 말했습니다. 하지만 문제는 체크인 당시 보증금에 대한 어떠한 안내도 전혀 받지 못했다는 것입니다. 안내받지 못한 사항을 미리 처리하지 못했다고 손님을 탓하는 것은 납득하기 어렵습니다.
아버지께서 “지금이라도 바로 결제하겠습니다.“라고 다시 말씀드리자, 직원은 웃음을 보이며 옆에 있던 동료에게 무언가를 속삭였고, 계속 아버지를 바라보며 키득거렸습니다. 이에 아버지는 “제가 외국인이라서 저를 비웃는 겁니까?“라고 직접 물으셨습니다. 직원은 사과하거나 상황을 설명하기는커녕 “어느 나라에서 오셨어요?“라고 물었고, 아버지가 나라를 말씀드린 뒤에도 계속 웃는 모습을 보였습니다.
저는 이 행동이 아버지의 국적 때문이었다고 단정할 수는 없습니다. 하지만 호텔을 이용하는 고객의 입장에서 아버지는 매우 모욕감을 느끼셨고, 프런트 직원의 이러한 태도는 이유가 무엇이든 매우 비전문적이며 결코 적절하지 않았습니다.
저는 한국에서 15년째 살고 있습니다. 그래서 부모님께 이런 이야기를 듣는 것이 너무 부끄럽고 마음이 아팠습니다.
결국 다리미는 받을 수 있었지만, 보증을 위해 신용카드를 제시해 달라는 요청을 받았습니다. 그런데 카드번호를 시스템에 등록하는 것이 아니라 종이에 손으로 적어 보관했습니다. 고객의 결제 정보를 이런 방식으로 관리하는 것은 개인정보 보호와 보안 측면에서 매우 우려스러운 방식이라고 생각합니다.
게다가 직원은 “다리미를 반납하지 않으면 카드에서 비용을 결제하겠습니다.“라고 다소 위협적인 말투로 이야기했습니다. 그러나 체크아웃하면서 다리미를 반납하자 프런트 직원은 카드번호가 적힌 종이를 그냥 쓰레기통에 버렸습니다. 이는 고객의 개인정보를 얼마나 안일하게 관리하고 있는지를 다시 한번 보여주는 장면이었습니다.
호텔 측에서 이번 일을 진지하게 받아들여 주시기를 바랍니다. 이 문제는 단순히 직원의 친절 여부만이 아니라, 기본적인 서비스 기준, 모든 고객에 대한 존중, 그리고 고객 개인정보를 책임감 있게 관리하는 문제와도 직결됩니다. 이러한 작은 부분들이 결국 호텔의 전체적인 인상을 결정하며, 고객이 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔인지 아닌지를 좌우한다고 생각합니다.
그럼에도 불구하고, 이번 일을 제외한 모든 부분은 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔의 분위기는 매우 좋았고, 객실은 편안하고 아늑했으며, 청결 상태 또한 흠잡을 데 없이 훌륭했습니다. 호텔이 전반적으로 높은 수준의 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있다는 점은 충분히 느낄 수 있었습니다.

لا يهتمون بالإشارة اللي توضع على الباب من حيث تنظيف الغرفه. يجب عليك كل مره تخبر الاستقبال. والاستقبال مايسوي شيء غير انه يقول اعتذر غير متاح
Rooms were spacious, very comfortable and clean. Each had washer and dryer which was great!
Excellent service. The server can chat using fluent English. My needs such as providing an invoice are quickly resolved.
Poor breakfast. I would rather recommend guests to have breakfast at 711. The hotel should consider enhance their breakfast quality.
This time I travel with two kids, around 10ys. The service was excellent, the soundproofing was great, and the room had a washing machine, dryer, upright steamer, induction cooker, and microwave, which was very convenient.

I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the facilities were great, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Unfortunately, I experienced an allergic reaction during my stay. I noticed that the rashes only appeared when I was lying in bed or after sleeping, so I believe it may have been related to dust mites or bedding allergens. After I informed the hotel, the staff responded quickly by arranging a thorough cleaning and vacuuming of the room, which I truly appreciated. I could see that everyone did their best to help.
Sadly, despite their efforts, I still had to rely on allergy medication for the remaining two nights to manage my symptoms.
I’m leaving this review not as a complaint, but as constructive feedback. I hope the hotel can further strengthen the deep cleaning of mattresses and bedding, especially for guests with allergies. Aside from this issue, I had a very positive experience and would like to thank the staff for their kindness and prompt assistance throughout my stay.
전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 호텔의 위치도 훌륭했고 시설도 좋았으며, 프런트 직원과 하우스키핑 직원 모두 항상 친절하고 전문적으로 응대해 주셨습니다.
다만 숙박하는 동안 알레르기 반응이 나타났습니다. 침대에 누워 있거나 잠을 잔 후에만 발진이 생겨서 침구나 침대의 집먼지진드기 등 알레르기 유발 요인과 관련이 있었던 것 같았습니다. 이 점을 호텔에 말씀드렸더니 직원분들께서 신속하게 객실을 진공청소기로 청소하고 꼼꼼하게 관리해 주셨고, 진심으로 감사하게 생각합니다. 모두 최선을 다해 도와주시려는 노력이 느껴졌습니다.
하지만 안타깝게도 남은 이틀 동안에도 알레르기 약을 복용해야 증상이 완화되었습니다.
이 리뷰는 불만을 제기하기 위한 것이 아니라, 호텔이 매트리스와 침구류의 심층 청소를 조금 더 강화해 주시면 좋겠다는 바람에서 남깁니다. 특히 알레르기가 있는 투숙객들에게 큰 도움이 될 것 같습니다. 이 점을 제외하면 정말 만족스러운 숙박이었으며, 머무는 동안 친절하고 신속하게 도와주신 모든 직원분들께 진심으로 감사드립니다.

It was unexpectedly bad! Not clean, the room was so small, noisy, and the washer and dryer were dirty.
Очень уютный недавно реновированный отель. Внутри полноценная кухня, стиральная машина и даже освежающий шкаф для одежды (это вообще вау!). Есть терраса на крыше с потрясающим видом на близлежащие небоскребы. Локация тоже топ: рядом метро, куча кафе и ресторанов, парк. При этом сам отель в тихом переулке, так что не шумно.
Очень низкие потолки, скудный завтрак.
