Завтраки полный отстой , парковка есть, находится в 100 метрах , но она отрытая и не факт что охраняемая. Номера мало кие и не соответствуют тому что на фото (по размерам), слышимость ужасная

I stayed at Hotel Alberello in Kütahya for a business trip and spent two nights there. Everything was absolutely perfect!
The room was very comfortable and well-suited for both working and resting. The cleanliness was spotless, and the service was exemplary, with very attentive and professional staff.
This is an excellent hotel. I will definitely be returning very soon without hesitation.

The hotel is brand new, exceptionally clean, and in excellent condition. Everything feels fresh and well-maintained, which immediately gives a sense of comfort and quality.

The room itself was very beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Its modern design added a stylish touch, making the stay both relaxing and visually pleasing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Their warm attitude and willingness to assist made the overall experience even more enjoyable.

Pros:

Наличие парковки, размер самого номера, кровать удобная.

Cons:

В отеле проблема с вентиляцией - написано, что в номерах не курят, но то ли на это не обращают внимания, то ли вентиляция в номер тянет сигаретный дым. Спать не возможно - вонь в номере от дыма сигарет жуткая. Открыли балконную дверь - холодно, ночью -3 градуса. На завтраке в закрытом помещении опять курят, помещение, где завтрак холодное, не отапливается, одеваться нужно тепло, все блюда холодные, кофе, чай мгновенно остывают.
Если хотите спокойно спать без вони и не мерзнуть, выбирайте другой отель.

Питание и ассортимент,качество продуктов в ресторане необходимо полностью изменить
Pros:

Отель соответствует , мало мест на парковке,ресторан 2 звезды,молочных продуктов нет,горячих блюд нет,одна холодная картошка и куча сладостей для диабета,в отеле 4 звезды нет кофе машины,кофе в термосе!

К самому номеру претензий нет
