Pros:

Заселили быстро, на любые просьбы откликались незамедлительно. Попросили позднее выселение- без проблем. Напротив отеля заведение с Турецкой уличной едой, сотрудник говорит по-русски.
В минутной доступности местные магазинчики со всеми возможными и не возможными товарами, все что нужно для туризма по местным ценам.
Во всем- лучшая оценка!

Cons:

Если присматриваться… ремонт можно и обновить. Но! Все, без исключения, работает! Есть посуда и все необходимое для проживания.

Super accueil, chambre spacieuse et très propre, tout l'équipement fourni juste parfait. Quartier super calme et très bien desservi par le métro et les bus, je recommande.

J'ai apprécié le service, la gentillesse et sa présence quand on avait besoin de lui.

Cons:

Cela m'a fait penser a bcp de pays que j'ai fait en termes d'hôtel.
Le type de chambre magnifique en photo mais malheureusement avec bcp de défauts.( Sauna dans la chambre sans ventilation)
A voir dans le temps, je suis confiant.
L'appartement est grand.

Очень уютный отель квартирного типа, джакузи - топ! Отличный способ расслабиться после долгих экскурсий по городу!
Удобные новые матрасы, идеальной жёсткости.
Есть стиральная машина, посудомойка и плита с духовкой + набор необходимой посуды.
Абу (управляющий) всячески помогает решить любой вопрос, и поднимает общую оценку ещё на +2 балла))
Расположение удобное, рядом есть метро и остановки автобусов.

Cons:

Хотелось бы чуть добавить кухонной утвари/посуды, но не критично.
Важно: парковка платная, у отеля нет своей парковки!

Good value for money
Pros:

The location was perfect and the apartment has all the equipments needed (washing machine, oven, dishwasher.. etc) and all of the devices seemed brand new to me.
The internet is super fast.
Abd al-hamed was a super hero we had many baggages and he helped us getting the into the apartment and he responded very fast to any complaints we had.
We were misleaded by the pictures of the single room apartment on booking and when we arrived we were surprised how small it was but they upgraded our stay to a 3 rooms apartment for free.
Also, I had to extend my stay on a short notice and they did the impossible to make it happen even though the apartment I needed was booked.

Cons:

The place is brand new but the apartment seems somehow unfinished (door handle was broken, The kitchen extractor fan was not fully installed, openings in the walls)
We found ants in the room but the other day they brought a substance to fight it.
The stove wasn’t working as expected even though it was new and they helped us figure out how to use it.
The apartment floor wasn’t fully clean when we checked in.
There was no washing machine powder but they brought it when we asked
Over all those issues didn’t affect my stay dramatically, hence giving it 10 rating

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything is well organized. The location is great, and the staff always made sure that guests feel relaxed and taken care of.

I would especially like to say a big thank you to the administrator, Abu. He was extremely kind, helpful, and professional during my stay. He was always ready to assist with any question and made sure everything went smoothly. His friendly attitude and attention to guests really made a difference.

Thank you for the warm hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Объект новый, персонал очень заинтересован, готов помочь мгновенно, расположение в центре, есть более одного ресторана и круглосуточные рынки вокруг объекта, также станция метро Фатих, в 5 минутах ходьбы, турецкая баня, идеальное джакузи, незаменимое для детей

Thank you for the warm welcome, the location is beautiful, it is located in the center of Fatih, the metro station is 5 minutes walk, bus stop (Fatih) 4 minutes, restaurant and supermarket are around the facility, more than one and open 24 hours, I highly recommend this place
