Comfortable and surprisingly quiet for central Istanbul.
Pros:

The flat was comfortable for 2 people. Very comfy beds, quiet- we slept really well , kitchen and appliances good, some looked very new, shower worked well and lots of towels, well located for metro, supermarkets and restaurants. When looking to find it there is no sign but it’s number 147.

Cons:

There were 64 steps up to this particular flat but the staff helped carry the bags .
The terrace was not like the picture but as it was wet we wouldn’t have used it anyway
Microwave was not there as in the pictures, fridge is very small. - hotel size.
Odd arrangement with a ladder to the loft area over the flat which had no wall and hadn’t been finished. Didn’t pose a problem just odd!

Disaster
Pros:

The guy working at reception genuinely wanted to help us, but didn’t understand what we were unhappy about. Presumably, previous guests were satisfied with everything and didn’t say anything. I wish this young man the best of luck, and it is only thanks to his help and efforts that I did not give this place a 1. The owner didn’t even come out to see us, but simply conveyed through his staff member that he was very sorry.

Cons:

I’ve never seen such a dreadful flat. The first thing we did when we checked in was to ask the staff for some cloths to mop the floor by the bed. As we checked in at night, we only managed to mop the floor in one bedroom. We immediately contacted Booking.com’s customer service in the hope that they would offer us alternative accommodation, but when it became clear that customer support wouldn’t respond quickly, on the second day the whole family was on our knees scrubbing the floors with rags. There was dirt everywhere, especially under the beds. We found cigarette ends on the floor, bits of paper, and someone’s hair stuck to the wall near the jacuzzi. There was black mould on the windows and in the corners, which, incidentally, is very harmful to health.
Furthermore, the listing for this property stated that all rooms were soundproofed. That is a blatant lie. You can hear absolutely everything – both the neighbours and the street. I was particularly surprised to find that there was a hole with a grille cut right into the window pane, so you could say this window is always open, and all the street noise can be heard very clearly. Just so you understand, I’m not just talking about traffic noise, but also about a tyre-fitting workshop that’s open even at the weekend, where they change tyres with a pneumatic impact wrench right under our windows.
After we contacted Booking.com’s customer support, they offered to move us to a different flat, but as we still had several nights left to stay and really didn’t want the hassle of cleaning yet another place, we declined. As compensation, they offered us a free airport transfer, but asked us to write a positive review. As we did use this transfer, I gave a rating higher than 1, and I won’t be writing about the other issues we encountered during our stay.
This was the worst holiday of our lives, and I am very disappointed not only with the accommodation but also with the extremely slow response from Booking.com.

Pros:

Experiență extrem de dezamăgitoare și, mai ales, îngrijorătoare din punct de vedere al sănătății. Apartamentul avea un miros puternic de mucegai, umezeală și mucegai în spatele tapetului. Ni s-a oferit un alt apartament, însă și acesta avea un miros foarte puternic și probleme similare, multa mizerie in tot apartamentul si miros urat in baie. Atasez poze, observati cu atentie cum am fost asteptati, ce curatenie eveau pentru a primi oaspeti.... din pacate in ele nu poate fi simtit mirosul.

Cons:

Nu vorbim despre „disconfort”, ci despre condiții în care nu ne-am simțit în siguranță să dormim nici măcar o noapte. Realitatea de la fața locului a fost foarte diferită de imaginea creată de fotografiile și prezentarea de pe Booking, acestea fiind generate cu inteligenta artificiala si nu corespund cu realitatea.

Great location and great customer service.
Pros:

It was fifth floor. It was hard for older people to going up and down..
Not all the rooms had the cabinet for the clothes.
Only one full bathroom
Kitchen was very basic. I need a new Tupperware for cooking.
Location, Was Great.
Apartment needs some work It looks like the apartments are under construction when we got in first it was smell a new paint, but after I open all the windows, the smell goes away.

Cons:

Reception was great. He was very helpful helping us through out our stay.
He was carrying our luggage all the way to fifth floor. last day before we leave he brought us some breakfast.
He was great.

все рядом, дружелюбный персонал готовый помочь - чисто- все необходимые вещи есть даже для путешействий с детьми подход
Pros:

есть все необходимое , центр ,в пешей доступности магазины , очень любезный персонал готовый помочь во всем ....( в том числе и с парковкой)

лестница немного узкая и подниматься на 3 этаж неудобно без лифта
