Really bad!
Cons:

- The room and toilet was unclean, with a shit in the toilet, which is not only unhygienic but completely unacceptable.

- The room was excessively hot, and despite the high summer temperatures (over 33°C), no air conditioning was provided (only a single fan, which was completely inadequate)

- Location doesn't feel safe and the window in the room didn't close

Fair for the price but...
Pros:

Location next to the biggest and best linked station in the city. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bara nearby.
Staff were friendly.

Cons:

No hot water first day.
No window in the bathroom and vent not working.
Hairdryer not working.
Fridge not working.
Uncomfortable bed with flat pillows.
Tv not working.
Noise through window facing a very busy road even overnight.
