Pros:

Since the arrival, the staff have been very professional and helpful. We had a great family experience. The rooms and the location are also very optimal. We will come back without a doubt. It was a smooth check-in and out process.

Booking.combos a scam!
Pros:

First time using booking.com. Assured by booking.com rep that I had a room for the quoted price. Show up and no room! Wanted to charge me $194 over the $39 quoted rate. Will never use or recommend booking.com! Ended up going to a different hotel.

The Breakfast was great and had a lot of options. We liked that we could not hear the noise from the interstate.

The kids had a great time, and the whole family was impressed.
Pros:

The kids loved the pool area! I really appreciated the lighting at night. Breakfast was good. The rooms were very clean and bigger than expected. This was a great halfway stop between Ohio and Florida.

Nice place to stay. Clean and friendly staff
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen area in the room was very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, however it seemed that there was a rush to start closing up about 30 minutes before the posted closing time. It felt uncomfortable getting food while the staff was trying to close up around us even though it was 30 minutes before closing time.
