Cleanliness
1
Repeated mentions of 'sạch sẽ'/'propreté' and 'new hotel' indicate strong cleanliness; rooms and common areas described as clean.
Service
1
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful; one report of minor confusion handling a spa coupon but overall positive service impression.
Location
1
Mentioned as 'Gần các điểm vui chơi' (close to attractions) — location is convenient for leisure.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as new, well-equipped and comfortable; praise for room condition and amenities in-room.
Amenities
1
Amenities like sauna and jacuzzi are available and highlighted, but issues (whirlpool costs extra, no loungers in sauna, missing shower partition) significantly detract from the experience.
Value for Money
1
Extra charges for whirlpool and missing expected features (e.g., shower partition, sauna loungers) suggest poorer value despite many positives.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast praised as a refined buffet; F&B receives positive mentions though not extensively discussed.
Overall Experience
1
Multiple 'Tuyệt vời' and 'Relax and chill' headlines indicate a very positive overall stay, with minor service/amenity hiccups noted.

Pros:

Clean spacious and quiet room.

Cons:

The receptionist on duty when we arrived at about 7pm spoke barely any English and wasn’t able to point us in the direction of the nice part of town.
When we arrived for breakfast more than 30 minutes before the end of breakfast almost no food was left and nothing was replenished until we specifically asked for more fruit (which was then provided).
