It was fine but I wont be back
Pros:

Location to Metro Station.

Cons:

One of the Receptionist (A Man) was extremely Rude and dismissive.

Buffet Food was horrible.

Pros:

Location is good if you want to be near the Metro, and a short walk (10min) to Burjuman Mall.

Cons:

You're not going to get attentive and friendly staff like in more up market hotels, there are a few clubs in the hotel so get a room on a higher floor. Due to the type of people staying they don't understand basic etiquette so quite noisy at night with people shouting I struggled to get any sleep. Also the area is the low end of Dubai so keep your exceptions low it's like being in India.

Perfect stay close to DXB. Nice neighbourhood.

Make sure deal properly before check in.
Pros:

Good and fair clean

Cons:

We just request to them for early check in.
They charged me extra AED 145 for that.
I stayed 2 weeks but not for customer satisfaction.
This is ok but they charge full day rent for early check in.
This is not fair with customer.
