Cleanliness
1
Mentioned as a con in one review ('Clean' listed under cons), though other comments note the hotel is very new; overall cleanliness issues were reported by at least one guest.
Service
1
Multiple praises for reception and excellent atendimento; one significant negative regarding slow check-in during events, so overall service is positive but with occasional process delays.
Location
1
Cited as convenient for work and listed as a pro by guests, but several notes that the area is new with few nearby restaurants — overall mildly positive for location convenience.
Room Quality
1
Beds and rooms described as very good, dark and quiet by several guests; some negatives about small room size and thin walls/ noise from other rooms, so overall slightly positive.
Amenities
1
Gym was praised as good, but the on-site restaurant is not yet open and other F&B options nearby are limited, leaving amenities slightly under expectations.
Value for Money
1
Explicit comment that the stay felt expensive for the level of comfort; value for money was called out negatively.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast was repeatedly described as excellent, improving the F&B score despite the lack of a full restaurant operation.
Overall Experience
1
Several enthusiastic recommendations and 'excellent' summaries balanced by issues like check-in delays, limited local dining, and occasional cleanliness/noise concerns — overall slightly positive.
