Pros:

Fantastic service. Never had an issue throughout our stay. Location is very convenient and the apartment was very easy to find. The apartment itself is big enough for a small family. Receives ample sunlight throughout the day and is very well ventilated.

Great value and delightful apartment in a nice area of Shanghai with very helpful owners.
Pros:

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything working. It is in an older art-deco style building in a group of apartment buildings in a nice area of Shanghai with the metro station 20 mins walk (lines 9 and 14 Lantian Road) convenient to the city centre and Pudong Airport. All communication with the owners was by messaging and they were super helpful for everything. There are also many cafes and restaurants close by as well as a 24 hour family mart

Nice hub close to Pudong airport
Pros:

Location is great, no far from Pudong airport (on Shanghai's scale), in an international neighbourhood and also the aparrment is facing the inner courtyard, which makes it quiet.
The AC works well, the shower is good, we liked the bed, and seeing a washing machine in the bathroom was a relief after a few weeks of travelling.
Communication with the place manager was easy, though we never met, and we used Alipay for paying (very convenient).
Good value!

Cons:

The way up to the apartment is shabby and the common parts of the building not well maintained. However, it is quiet and safe.

Pros:

Extremely welcoming and helpful manager! Flexible self check-in and various methods of payment. Good location (5-10min from subway) in a green and quiet area.

Furniture to be renovated partly, but not critical issue.

Really nice place to be. I have no regrets.
Pros:

The location is incredible. Have nice beds, a nice view, great kitchen and a good bathroom with hot water.
The surroundings are safe to walk during day and night and it's really close to several markets and places to eat, and also near the metro station.

Pros:

Price is reasonable.
Staff is helpful, we arrived after mindnight, no one can do check in for us, i worried about this, but staff has changed property for us and we can do self checkin.
Staff is very kind, ordered bottle waters and tissues for us, when we artived they are ready for us, it was hot, we do need them.

Cons:

doesn't like the bed sheet, colour, and not comfortable, feeling not clean.

washing machine in bathroom, space is limited, maybe change door will be better?
