Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

There were 2 floors and no bathrooms or showers in the rooms. There were two bathrooms. On each floor, had one shower out of order.

The Best Hostel in downtown Vancouver
Pros:

I was glad that each room has AC. It helps greatly especially since it’s so hot. The facilities are clean. Some showers are just for one person. An excellent feature for a hostel. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities

Pros:

Good location. Clean shared toilet and kitchen area

Cons:

It smells like dog all around the place. Even the aircon excrete this dog smell all the time of our stay. We have to spray too much perfume during our stay, i hope they can figure this out better

Clean, compact and central
Pros:

The accommodation is in close proximity to the entertainment district and most other areas, walkable.
The shared kitchen area was spotlessly clean and the provision of tea/coffee plentiful.
The bathrooms were clean and generally well looked after; there’s enough on each floor to ensure no long waits
Close to the Canada line skytrain so easy to get to the airport and the main port/harbour is nearby
Lots of great places to eat and drink, lots of bars and clubs, some nice niche shops.
If you’re looking for a central location, this is certainly right in the heart of things!

Cons:

The rooms are very small but comfortable and clean
The area can be noisy as it is in the centre but ear plugs are provided
Lots of drug use/ street sleepers in the surrounding areas, but we were not pestered by anyone for money etc, however could be a tad intimidating for some/young children

Central location, clean rooms, but noisy at night
Pros:

The location is excellent, right in the city centre and within walking distance of the main attractions. The room and shared bathrooms were clean, the shared kitchen was well equipped, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the noise. There is a nightclub directly opposite the property, with very loud music from around 10 p.m. until approximately 4 a.m. Even with the windows closed, it was difficult to sleep, and earplugs were absolutely necessary. If you’re a light sleeper, this is something to seriously consider before booking.

Apart from the noise, we were satisfied with our stay, but the lack of a quiet night’s sleep had a significant impact on our overall experience.

It was an easy, cozy, kind experience!
Pros:

It was so quiet in the room, especially with so much going on outside. The shared kitchen was beautiful, as were the bathrooms. Seems newly renovated and so clean, fresh and cozy! And the fact it’s pet friendly and they take pictures of your pet to put up on the wall 😭

Cons:

The price is really the only thing. It was the best value in the area during the insanity of FIFA. But prices in Vancouver, and the prices surrounding anything to with FIFA, are really disheartening and frustrating.
