Pros:

Bathrooms and showers are shared but they are all individual uses; good enough. My parents felt safe while they were staying in. Staffs were friendly!

My husband and I arrived to check in on June 7, 2026, and immediately noticed some
unpleasant odor throughout the property. Unfortunately, the smell was still there once we entered our room.

Within a short period of time, both of us began sneezing repeatedly and felt uncomfortable enough to become concerned about a possible allergic reaction. Because of these health concerns, we made the difficult decision to leave the property shortly after checking in and find alternative accommodations elsewhere.

The receptionist was courteous and professional, but our overall experience was extremely disappointing. A guest should be able to feel comfortable and safe in their room, and unfortunately that was not our experience.

Afterward, I read several online reviews mentioning similar odor concerns, which made me question whether this is an ongoing issue rather than an isolated incident.

Based on our experience, I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend this property to travelers who may be sensitive to strong odors or environmental allergens.

Great location, noisy at night.
Pros:

The location of the Guesthouse is amazing. Well situated in the city center with access to buses and the subway close by. Also a couple of nice coffee shops are within walking distance.
The room was clean and smelled nice and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The room was simple and functional though it didn't feel as cozy as in the photos. The biggest issue for me was the noise from inside. The doors are difficult to open and close silently which gave me some short nights during a weekend stay when people came home late.

Pros:

The room is spacious, I had a nice view, has a fridge, and the general cleaning is good. Location was obviously great.

Cons:

Sharing a bathroom is not great, and mine was on the opposite side of the corridor, which is not convenient. Cleaning was done regularly but it wasn’t always perfect.

Great value for money, would recommend
Pros:

Good location, could walk everywhere, quiet overnight, very clean, which I was so pleased about considering it was shared bathrooms! Kitchen had everything you needed to cater for hot drinks/making breakfast etc

Cons:

No lift, so a little tricky if you have heavy cases and are on the second floor.
