The worst 4 star hotel
Pros:

Great location in a picturesque region.

Cons:

We warned in advance on the booking site that we have a service dog, but the hotel managers didn't know that. When we arrived, we had to listen to a lecture from the manager that we didn't do well, but they'd be made an exception. We were given Villa 8, which is the only one on the aisle, no privacy, a lot of people walking by. The Jacuzzi is inflatable, ticking box, with rotten water. Floors with ingrained dirt (apparently, workers walked in dirty shoes on the newly made concrete floor). There was nothing but water, coffee and tea bags in the room. The coffee machine was broken.

This is the worst 4-star hotel we've ever stayed in. If it weren't for the beautiful scenery around it, I'd give it 1 star.

Nature escape near the city
Pros:

Great new hotel, great concept and execution. Individual self contained cabanas with great fit out. Only 30mins away from the City of Valencia this is a perfect short getaway into the mountains and nature surrounding the city. A car is advised to get around the different small towns in the area, but nothing more than a 10min drive away. The main spot of Naquera is close by for more choices in restaurants and supermarkets should you wish to stock up yourself on things. But the highlight is the walking in and around the trails of the Serra Calderona national park.

Cons:

Recently opened so it is natural to see signs of final touches being made to finish off villas and other small points. If there was any issue, you just can speak to the team who always did their best to resolve things.

Pros:

El desayuno es a la carta pero estaba muy bueno. El personal es muy amable y la habitación es una pasada: cama muy cómoda, ducha súper amplia y jacuzzi en la terraza. Hicimos el check out un poco más tarde de las 12h y no nos pusieron pegas.

Cons:

Cenamos en el restaurante y salimos con mucho olor a comida en la ropa.

Cons:

Me gustó pero si tengo que decir algo, diría que la carta del restaurante es algo pequeña, debería tener algo más de variedad tanto en entrantes como en plato fuerte.
Pero aún así todo muy bueno :)
