Pros:

Posizione comoda, grazie alla tangenziale a 5 minuti. Ben servito da bus. In 20/25 minuti con l'auto raggiungi lo stadio dell'Ara.
Casa mobile graziosissima e comoda anche per un lungo soggiorno.
