Pros:

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est particulièrement aimable, accueillant, disponible et toujours prêt à aider, tout en restant discret et jamais envahissant. Leur professionnalisme a été très apprécié. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également un véritable atout : il est situé sur un axe facilement accessible et très bien desservi par les transports en commun, ce qui permet de visiter Istanbul en toute simplicité. Le quartier est agréable et le voisinage est calme et correct.
Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation et j'y séjournerais de nouveau avec plaisir.

Cons:

la taille de la chambre est un peu juste, surtout pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Par ailleurs, le personnel est très serviable et accueillant, mais il serait appréciable que la réception fournisse davantage d'informations et de conseils touristiques afin d'aider les visiteurs à découvrir Istanbul facilement.

Pros:

I've had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly (Serkan and Anil)y, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh, delicious options. We would happily stay here again.

I mistakenly left at least 1 tshirt and some underwear at the hotel when I left to Izmir for a few days. I know I definitely left these there because I wore the tshirt in Istanbul so this is not a case of I forgot it back home. Immediately I got to Izmir I called the hotel to.let them.know and. on getting back to Istanbul, I asked for the clothes BUT only underwear was returned. I hate to say this but it's obvious my tshirt was taken by the cleaning staff as there's no other explanation. The tshirt was striped gray and white. Disappointed!

Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die zentrale Lage des Hotels, das insgesamt moderne Erscheinungsbild sowie das gute Frühstück. Allerdings zeigten sich selbst in dem noch relativ neuen Gebäude bereits Feuchtigkeitsprobleme im Badezimmer.

Cons:

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Hotelbeschreibung geweckt wurden.

Wir haben uns insbesondere aufgrund der angegebenen Zimmergröße für dieses Hotel entschieden. Vor Ort mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass unser Zimmer deutlich kleiner war als die angegebenen 30 m².

Beim Check-in mussten wir zudem etwa 30 Minuten auf unser Zimmer warten (wir kamen nach 15 Uhr an). In dieser Zeit wurde uns nicht einmal ein Glas Wasser angeboten.

Als das Zimmer dann endlich fertig war, roch es leider nach Hundeurin. Dass Haustiere im Hotel erlaubt sind, war uns bewusst, jedoch haben wir gehofft, dass die Zimmer gründlich gereinigt werden. Nach unserer Bitte, den Boden zu reinigen, verbesserte sich die Situation zwar, der erste Eindruck war jedoch entsprechend negativ.

Ein weiterer Buchungsgrund war das beworbene Rooftop-Restaurant. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass dieses lediglich zum Frühstück geöffnet war und tagsüber bzw. abends geschlossen hat.

Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut nicht. Aufgrund der genannten Punkte können wir das Hotel leider nur eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Zeer geslaagd, hier kan je alles doen lopend en met openbaar vervoer
Pros:

Zeer comfortabel en schoon, geen geluidsoverlast, ook niet aan de straatkant, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzame personeel, Sarkan, Sisu, Ali en iedereen. Zeer goede locatie voor het bezoeken van de belangrijkste antiquiteiten zoals Aya Sofia, Topkapi, Sultan Ahmet, Bazaar, enzovoort (twee keer 5 minuten lopen en 4 haltes met de tram). Vlak bij de Bosphorus, veel horeca en leuke restaurants in de buurt.
