Excellent boutique hotel in heart of Istanbul
Pros:

Stayed here with a large family group as first timers to Istanbul. The rooms were comfortable, the rooftop bar and breakfast location were stunning and most of all, the staff were all wonderful. Everyone from Serkan at front desk to Murat helping with luggage and the staff at the breakfast made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond. The hotel is 2 mins from Galata tower and less than 15 mins walk into the heart of old town Constantinople. Highly recommended and would stay again!

Very minor but the gym could use a fan to help with cooling and air circulation

I really liked the stay and have no regrets about my hotel selection, really added value to the trip.
Pros:

The hotel is quite exceptional really. Very modern and warm ambience throughout. Very modern, specious rooms with built in tech to control lights, DND and international outlets built in. The bathroom is spacious too - shower is excellent, both rain and normal shower heads available. The location is the best thing, extremely central and few steps away from the tramway station. The street is clean with many nice restaurants and supermarkets around. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay again. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The housekeeping service would enter the room every morning, despite the DND sign being activated and it was really annoying since it’s an invasion of privacy. The breakfast is nice with a good quality of food, but lacks variety with very limited selections of warm dishes.

Very comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

Location was fabulous. Close to public transport and eating places. Very comfortable room. Breakfast very good.

Cons:

The only fault was house keeping. Room was not serviced to the standard I would expect at Marriott. Used items were not replaced. Small things like tissues , coffee , used teaspoons left in coffee making area. An easy fix for housekeeping. We stayed for a week and items were not replaced as they were used.

The perfect hotel .
Pros:

What we loved most about the hotel was its location. It was close to all the areas we enjoy visiting, so we barely needed to use transportation, especially with Galataport, Galata Tower, and Karaköy all nearby. The area is lively, with the sea close by and a great variety of restaurants.

We were also glad that we chose a larger room. Although it was slightly more expensive, it was much more comfortable for us. The hotel was clean, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

We also really appreciated the lovely surprise they prepared for my friend’s birthday — they surprised her with a cake in the room, which made the stay even more special.

A big thank you to every member of the team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Cons:

There was nothing I disliked about the hotel. The only thing I would suggest is paying a little more attention to bathroom maintenance, as the water did not drain properly and tended to collect in the shower area.

Overall, I have nothing negative to say about the hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.
