Péssimo atendimento. Não consegui localizar a pousada e pelo endereço me meti em lugares perigosos e com duas crianças. Quando comuniquei. Queriam me ligar ....absurdo...como atender no local onde estava ???só queria colocar minhas filhas e sem segurança. Populares relataram que por aí não existia nenhuma pousada/ hotel.
Nesta situação...fui obrigada a retornar para o centro da cidade. E pedir ajuda . Péssimo. Não recomendo nem para pior inimigo.

Cons:

Não gostei da forma em que fui tratada, estava sem conseguir localizar e me pediram para receber ligação...de vídeo??
Só queria deixar minhas filhas em seseguranca.

O pessoal nos recebe muito bem, são super educados e atenciosos, dão dicas etc, e tudo é bem limpo e organizado.

Cons:

O café da manhã é limitado, então um café ou um suco ou um chá, dois pães de queijo por pessoa, um pão na chapa e uma fatia de bolo, se quiser algo a mais precisa pagar a parte. Todos os dias esse é o café da manhã. E se vc for fazer o check in após as 22h, querem cobrar 30 reais por hora adicional.

Só esses detalhes que poderiam já estar descritos no booking p pessoa escolher a hospedagem já sabendo disso e não ser uma surpresa quando chegar lá, pq isso só avisaram no dia que chegamos, tanto do café da manhã quanto do adicional após as 22h.
