You get what you pay for
Pros:

Arriving from Armenia after 1 am at the train station this was the only budget option with 24hr desk available when you are not sure if you will have local cash ready. Check-in, card payment and short instruction for a first-time user were good. Not all WiFi access points were connected to internet but they all had the same password.

Cons:

Had to wait for another guest to open the main door and point me to the capsule where the desk clerk was sleeping. Before you have a local SIM you cant call a number given at the door! In the morning the clerk could not point me to the nearest SIM card shop in the area to get online because he didn't know the area. Google maps told me that Magti was 500m South (good service, registration in under 10 minutes)
