Sehr gut
Pros:

Es gab eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner und Schüsseln, Besteck etc. auch wenn wir es nicht benutzt haben

Cons:

Hätte gerne ein richtiges Fenster gehabt

Goede prijs kwaliteit
Pros:

Mooi, schoon verblijf nu voor een goede prijs. Hotel ligt ook erg centraal. Wel lastig goed ontbijt te vinden, wij zijn uiteindelijk goed gaan ontbijten bij chez minosa breakfast. Ook goed contact met manager!

Poor communication

Cons:

When we arrived there was loads of work men in my room. I then got a text from the owner asking me to leave as the air con was broken. I understand things can break and need fixing but the communication from the owner was very poor. We were waiting outside for 2+ hours with no updates and in the end we found another place to stay. It looked like a nice place but very poor communication.

The room was spacious & clean, very modern. It’s close to walking street, about 10/15 minute walk and there’s a 7/11 just below the property.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was the safest, most peaceful place I could’ve asked for—very clean, well-facilitated, and thoughtfully maintained. Everything from the rooms to the service exceeded my expectations. Truly worth every penny!

Excellent option in HCMC with great hosts
Pros:

Great host, Robert, and staff. Excellent location close to major sights (15-30 mins walk) and food and drink options on walking street. Accommodation was smart, very clean and had good air con, little balcony fridge etc. Washing machine and dryer, iron etc were also really good. Very quiet and a 7 Eleven at the end of the street.

Cons:

Really minor points - a few tea bags in the room would be good; roof garden needed a clean up.

Es war sauber und das Bett war komfortabel Und die Umgebung ist ruhig aber im Dunkeln ist die kleine Seitenstraße sehr unheimlich

Cons:

Wir haben überhaupt keinen Mitarbeiter zu sehen bekommen. Selbst die Abrechnung haben die Leute aus dem Café im EG übernommen. Zahlung ging nur mit Bargeld keine Kreditkarte. Wir - zwei Frauen - mussten auch schon selbst einchecken und man hatten uns aber die falsche Zimmernummer übermittelt was dazu führte dass wir einen fremden Mann in "unserem" Zimmer vorgefunden haben. Eine sehr unangenehme Situation. Außerdem liegt die Unterkunft in einer kleinen dunklen Seitengasse was nachts unheimlich ist. Wir haben die nächste Buchung sofort storniert. Nie wieder.

Great place in prime location
Pros:

Easy checkin. Excellent location. Free use of washing machine. Right next to many restaurants. Street packed with bars are a 5min walk away. Quiet and calm

Cons:

We arrived on a Sunday evening, so followed the instructions to do our own check in. Easy and straight forward. Host is very responsibe through booking app.
AC blows directly onto the bed, but turning the fan on helps circulate the cold air.

Great, clean and modern property, fantastic location and helpful, responsive owner. Absolutely would recommend!
Pros:

Very clean, modern and fresh bedrooms with great utilities and TV with Netflix. The owner was very responsive and helpful. They allowed early/late check in and luggage storage. The location is fantastic, only 10 min walk to walking street etc but the alleyway doesn’t allow cars down it so it’s very quiet at night despite being in the centre of the city. There is a 7/11 right outside and lots of nice restaurants and massage places on the alley. We had a room with a balcony and the room was very clean and fresh, especially with the air coming in. The air con worked perfectly and the room was always cool. You have to request housekeeping a day in advance but there is no limit so it’s no bother. The shower always has hot/cold water and the pressure is good.

Cons:

The bathroom can flood at times but it’s not bad and is gone quickly and only floods if you take a long shower or have multiple people shower in a row. The elevator is also very small, we had to go one by one when we had all our bags with us, but it is quick and safe so it was no bother to us. All in all we have no complaints it was amazing!
