The location was definitely a major plus, and being a pet-friendly hotel. The pet fees were high. I had an 8-pound puppy, and another guest had a doberman. That was just an observation, but Hyatt Place at Hoopili is a beautiful hotel, and we will definitely stay there in the future.
I did not like the high pet fee for my puppy, but I understand that a fee is necessary, and I feel that the pet fees should be based on the breed and size of your pet.

We were able to leave bags early. Our room did not have the balcony I had requested but they gave us a credit to make up for it. Pool was excellent although it would have been nice if it opened before 10am. Breakfast was varied from day to day which was nice.
Coffee could have been better. Some food items were not great.
It was a convenient location and it was very spacious.
We tried to check in early but couldn’t. Then when we got there at 3pm, our room still wasn’t ready and they made us wait even longer. I also ordered the King Room and they gave me a Queen room. And now I’m getting extra charges on my card even though I paid in advance. The only extra charges that should be coming out is parking.
It was new and had a comfortable atmosphere
$42 for PARKING that is ridiculous!
