Cons:

No one was at the front desk anytime that we were there. We even called the phone number. When they were available, they were very pleasant. Air conditioners did not function very well and were very noisy. Our first room was especially noisy. The staff was kind enough to move us to a different room the second night. Unfortunately, that unit also became noisy and did not work very well at all. Design of the sinks drain very slowly. The only complimentary thing was one carafe of coffee that was very weak. The carafe looked extremely old and dingy. I do appreciate that the staff were kind and worked with us the best they could.

Has become our choice in Ft Wayne
Pros:

Cleanliness and comfort of everything! Super accommodating staff - we travel frequently to Ft Wayne and this has become our preferred place to stay knowing we don't have to worry about anything and the quality will always be there.

Comfortable & Quiet!
