Pros:

It’s clean and organized, everthing is safe and well naintained

Cons:

The property is nice but a little bit far from the center, and the bus station is far from the hotel

Le personnel, le calme

Cons:

Séjour malheureusement inconfortable en raison de la climatisation. Malgré un réglage à 18 °C, la température de la chambre restait à 29,5 °C. J’ai signalé le problème à la réception, qui devait intervenir, mais aucune solution n’a été apportée. Nous avons donc passé la nuit dans ces conditions avec ma famille.

À noter également l’absence de restaurant dans l’établissement : en cas d’arrivée tardive, il faut sortir ou commander via une application de livraison comme Glovo.

Deux points essentiels à améliorer pour le confort des clients.

Very clean, great staff, good breakfast, excellent bed.

Cons:

Car park too small - had to park on road which wasn’t a big issue as we only had one case.

MAGNIFIQUE hôtel situé pas loin de l'aéroport de Alicante que nous avons rejoint en taxi de nuit après le grand retard de notre vol. Chambre très confortable et agréable, lit très propre et confortable. La douche est très grande et super a utiliser. le petit déjeuner est très bon et très variés.
Le personnel est sympathique et nos avons même eu un jeune homme qui parlait français! au top !merci

Nos avons été déçu de ne pas trouver une bouteille d'eau dans notre chambre à notre arrivée surtout avec la chaleur qu'il faisait. De même le distributeur vide de bouteille d'eau...
